Hey guys.
i just bought a new Kangertech Sub mini kit today. And for the first time i used the included rba that came along.
after a few errors i made a coil that worked properly and here is where my quistion comes:

my mod is a Joytech Vitech 75w. and using the stock coil and stock cotton, on a 70/30 pg, liquid i got 0,49ohm on 22w - 3.48V.
when i did a re-fill on the atomizer - NOT the cotton, it now says 0,55 ohm, without me changing ANYTHING - is this normal ? or is 80/20 a bad mix for a rba build ??
please help me out ... :( (i do not own anything to measure ohm, etc.)

Hi @xxGET_REKT_M9_xx and welcome to the forum. I usually build my RBA on the subtank mini from .4 to .5 as a preference. Some coils will change slightly with a little use. I wouldn't worry about small changes. If you are concerned, you can always open the rba up and double check the tightness of the screws holding the wire, one of the most common causes for ohm fluctuation. You tube is a good resource for tutorials on coil building. The subtank mini is so easy to use you'll be expert at making the coils where you want in no time.
I use this steam engine to configure my coils : Coil wrapping | Steam Engine | free vaping calculators It's a good reference to bookmark. Good luck.

great tip for the screws. if it keeps increasing or lowering i might have to open the top, to check. :)

*NOTE*
is it normal a 80/20 Will couse dry hits ? on 25w and above ?
just checked the wick and it was okay. - but going above 25w gave me dryhits ? :( YUCK! 1st day, and all ready some dryhits :'(
The rule of thumb for any vape device you will own is the same. Start low and work your way up. With my Sub mini rba @.4 to .5 I usually vape in the area of 22 to 25, mostly 22 and 23 watts. Each juice is different. If you're getting dry hits at 25 watts back it down one or two, the juice won't vaporize as fast. You just have to search for your sweet spot. Personally I don't get caught up in the numbers to the point of where I "need" to be vaping at a large number, I just find what works for me.

It's a combo of wicking, ohm rating and power, and will take some time to find your comfort zone.
