My experience with them was pretty positive. They have good customer service, answer emails briefly. Their e-liquid, I suppose, you ask about it, is imho average, I use it, but without much excitement.

Liquid taste is pretty subjective, i guess but you are spot on the customer service and prompt email replies. I however, just love the Marlboro liquid from them.
