So I went to a retail store that allowed me to sample various e-liquids, to my surprise 100% VG was MUCH more harsh and had much more of a throat hit than 100% PG, this was NOT what I was told on these forums... Yes the nic concentration was the same, and even when having more nic in VG it was still more of a TH than the PG.... what gives?

My 2nd question, is which e-liquid has 16 nic content with the absolute least TH?

Well, there are a number of different factors. For instance, a lot of juice vendors use additives to increase throat hit. Alcohol is a popular one. Its possible one of the juices might have had this and the other didnt. Also, certain flavors have more TH than other flavors. I've also noticed that VG gives more of a "mouth hit" and "lung hit" but a little less of a throat hit than PG. I think people definitely exaggerate the potency of PG for TH. I've found nic level creates the most TH.

Blueberry is pretty smooth fsusa might have 16mh bit if not idk who does, and was it the same flavor? Because I use only vg and only way I get a throat his Is if I add nice and alcohol.

There's a few factors to getting TH so you have yo account for those too

Example I have a 5v mod where if I use watermelon ejuice I'll tear up from the throat hit but if I use the same juice on a normal battle same Atty at 90vg 10al I can cape it allllll day
