Experiences with Different Adapters/Atomizers on V1

So I thought I'd make this thead because since getting my Prodigy on Monday I've used solely the 801.

Was really enjoying it even if it was a bit of a learning curve and I was having trouble getting the consistency I wanted out of the atomizer.

I decided to screw on my 901 last night... WOW!!

Dude... I REALLY like this. Smooth, warm, consistent hit each time. And I'm tailpiping without liquid in my mouth by pulling relatively slow.

What are your opinions on the different selections with the adapters?

I prefer the 901, too. For me, it seems like the flavor is better.

Different strokes for different folks, I guess.

I enjoy the 901 / RN4075 on the Prodigy as well. Nice hit with only a short drag, decent vapor, nice flavor...

... the 801 isn't bad but I find the variances in threading and center post alignment on Penstyle atomizers a hassle, I'm constantly fiddling with them to get a good contact. The vape is good though once you get a good contact but I prefer the performance and hassle free nature of the 901 / RN4075....

The 510 adapter should be arriving Monday so I'll report back with the performance of the 510 then.

I have found the 901 to be a little too hot/harsh incomparison to the Screwdriver. I have been using the 801 mostly. It also killed quite a few of my 901 atomizers.

Do you all do something different when using the 901 vs the 801?

I take shorter draws on the 901. Two to three seconds. I also keep it pretty moist. The 801 I can take a full 5 second drag.

One thing to keep in mind with the 901 is to not over-tighten the atty. If you do the silicon ring separating the + center post and the - outer ring will get smashed and you'll kill your atty. Just thread them on enough to get conductivity. It doesn't take much at all.

I've been thinking about getting a 401 Pilot adapter for the Prodigy and/or Passthrough since I have a small stash of 401 attys. Has anyone tried one of these yet. I'm hesitant because I don't have a whole lot of parts, but I'd be willing to buy more if they worked well.
