Experiences with Elektro

I just recently ordered an e-cig through ElektroUSA and have not had any success getting ahold of them at all. Anyone out there have any experiences with them?

I read several reviews and my friends had one of their ecigs that they purchased from a local tobacco shop. I liked it and purchsed one online through their website. My order has been pending for 7 days. I called their customer service number only to be told to leave a message. I have left three messages and sent two emails. Still have not got a response of any sort from them. Not even the normal automated ones you get from some websites.

I am posting here to see if this is normal for this company or just single bad experience.

I've never heard of them either, which bothers me for you on this transaction. I would stop that transaction .....like yesterday.

Please note that we have something like 80 suppliers that subscribe to our forum. These company's Web Sites are vetted by admin and tried, tested and supported by those of us that order from them.

The product you want will be carried by one of them and you can relax that your money is safe!

Well I guess i kind of got flustered with it. This is kind expensive for the initial purchase and well like anybody i dont like throwing money out the window.

I just got home from work to find it waiting in my mailbox. Logged into the website and the order still says "pending". Atleast i got it, even though they sent me a pink case instead of silver. I wont be ordering from them again. Spoke with my friend and he stated that V4L has compatible cartridges and accessories. Most of the users on here speak rather highly of them so i will probably stick with the vendor list here as suggested.

Pink? 8-o lol... Well, we have all been there. I bought a GreenCig from a local retailer for 80 dollars plus $20 for carts and it lasted less than a week.

$100 I wiped my .... with. Sucks, but now I have an eGo that works great. I am currently utilizing denial to get over my loss (if I forget about, it never happened, right?).

I just bought one from a local tobacco store.

Its been flashing 15 times everytime i try to take a puff... for the past 2 hours.
Supposedly their is a 30 minute waiting period.. and my assumption is by continually trying to take a puff, I am prolonging this waiting period. Like some cruel #$^#ed up punishment for trying to smoke too soon
