Mistakes do happen, Sirius; and you KNEW what you did wrong. He doesn't even know what he doesn't know. Will he do the same thing again and again being he didn't bother to learn the first time?......Dangerous.

It sure is dangerous Chooch. What's become of the gene pool eh? lol

I would like to know what you do with someone like this?:facepalm::facepalm:

Hold YouTube responsible for having that posted when someone blows themselves up trying to copy what he’s doing and line him up to be Baditude’s next poster boy for missing fingers. Or facial features. That would be a nice addition to the collection and might wake some people up.

It’s also pure genius to toss a venting battery in a plastic garbage can full of paper and then place the whole shebang on a wooden deck next to your house. Or Mommy and Daddy's house.

Most of these people don’t even realize what they are doing might be dangerous. B&Ms need to step up to the plate and educate their customers and quit going after the fast buck. Same with online retailers, they need some solid information and warnings on their sites. Some do. Kudos to the reddit poster/retailer that gave the kid a new battery for free to replace his failing one. A loud, standing round of applause to State O’ Flux for trying to do something to remedy the situation http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...nt-scroll-past-just-yet-want-learn-teach.html Then there are the folks like Baditude that tirelessly try to educate even the most arrogant cases of ignorance. We really have some intelligent, outstanding people in our vaping community. :)

I Love it when people Post Vids or Pics of a .08 ohm Coils using a Device that has a +/- .05 Ohm (or Greater!) Error.

Flicking around like a speed radar monitor...lmao
I shouldn't laugh but I keep thinking about that post that said if he had stayed with smoking he would live longer!

That is the new one I saw posted when I was looking at his other vids. I'm speechless over this idiot having to handle his mod with a rag due to the heat and never thinking he might be doing something wrong.

Just watched the video.... WOW...
A comment said something to the effect of: "natural selection missed this time" a response said "give him a week!" Lol

He says he just wants "constructive" comments folks....

At the rate he's going, he may well blow his face off before he has a chance to read it. :(

I think People should leave Brass Flunky a Comment on his Vids. And let him Know just how Ridiculous the are.

Can you link that? I find that extremely hard to believe.

Sure thing. here: Instagram photo by @iamjoshuaadam (Joshua Serna) | Iconosquare

full quote:
Have not seen any FB posts yet, but to be fair what they say about the clone devices is true. I mean for God's sake the mod had no vent holes. The explosion (and I say explosion because that's what is was) caused a fire, blew holes in the 30ft tall ceiling, and created a hole in the concrete. I'm sure a mod tested for battery failure wouldn't have the same outcome. Given the circumstances, it was user/battery error. @grandvaporgrapevine

I like how nonchalant he is, like he's vented several batteries. "Oh, my battery vented." Let me just slowly unscrew my piping hot mod and throw the battery in a waste bin filled with paper.

If anything that video shows how durable IMR batteries can be. He's pulling 111 amps at 20 and 30 seconds and not letting the battery cool. The battery holds up pretty well, all things considered.

Eh, not the best spin there, this battery was in thermal runaway for a while and this video shows how helpful metal tube mods are for transmitting and retaining heat around a thermally failing battery. This shows the batteries we are using WILL be dangerous, causing risk of thermal injury and mechanical injury, even the safest chemistries, if misused in devices with no safety features.

This video speaks to the need for improvement of safety features on all devices.
