Interesting. I just looked in the little spare parts kit you get and no spring which will be the first part the user will probably need.

I could see how some users might lose the spring, but I find that I keep the air flow control set to the largest hole opening, so there's really no reason to open up the catch basin... if I don't ever open it, I shouldn't ever lose the spring!

That said, you would think they'd provide a spare spring or two in the spare parts bag!

(I didn't receive one of those handy dandy screw drivers, and e-mailed the vendor. He tells me they're no longer included, but said he'd find one and send it to me anyways. Hope I get one... with all the tanks I own, I've NEVER had one of those included)

Just habit I guess, I change toppers quite a bit and was unscrewing it from the device and THEN realized just a bit to late. I still find it strange though, might be the first or second time I have received instructions on any ecig purchase. To funny on the screwdriver thing, mine came with the key chain one. I bet I have two dozen of the little blue ones.

Well I got mine and the build quality was pretty decent, nowhere near my authentic kayfun. I got em for the same price since I got mine used. So far no leaking. It's definitely easier to use. Which makes it a plus. I use micros in my kayfuns, but I have a macro in this at 1.75 ohms and it works pretty good. More wick because of the bigger deck and channels and no dry hits. Wicks better then a kayfun can chain vape it. Good with high vg juices which is what I vape so great for me. My only gripes are that it's a 23mm atty and the drip tip is still wobbly like the first one. Which is kinda annoying but with my kfl+v2 in it, it looks pretty bangin.

Glad to hear that others haven't received the screwdriver. Odd that they're no longer included. It was the only rebuildable I've ever gotten that didn't include one. Well, aside from the Progen Vortex, but that uses thumbscrews rather then Philips head screws for the posts.

If I had one from another tank, I wouldn't have really cared. I DO have two tiny phillips screwdrivers which came with my Kayfun's, but not the keychain type, with both flathead and phillips screwdrivers.

I wrote to the vendor, and he was good enough to send me a keychain screwdriver in the mail! He said he'd find one that he had laying around, and send it to me, and he did!

I personally really love the Expromizer, so if I never got the keychain screwdriver, I wouldn't have really cared. And if I already had even one of them, I wouldn't have bothered to even mention it to the vendor.

Oh, I did see them on eBay for something like 99 cents, so honestly, it isn't a biggie....

Oh, I didn't really mind not getting one. I was just worried that I got a clone or something when it came in a brown box instead of a white one, and it was missing the screwdriver. Also, because of the threading. I think I got a real one though. The vendor is listed on the expromizer's website as an authorized dealer. I actually kind of hope it IS cloned. I think Ehpro or Hcigar can actually do a more consistently good job on the threading. I'm kinda bummed I got one where it was a bit choppy. It doesn't leak or anything major. It just isn't as nice as my Kayfun Lite clone. My husband could care less though. In fact, he thinks there's something wrong with his Hcigar Kayfun 3.1. He's been using the Expormizer pretty much exclusively for a while, and when he broke out the Hcigar 3.1 for a change he said it didn't taste right. Same juice in both mind you, with pretty much the same build with the same resistance. The kayfun has slightly less cotton, but that's really the only difference.

Well if they had made it in germany the cost would've been a lot higher but I'm not really that concerned, it vapes amazing. Still no leaking. Glad to say I finally have one of these. Great atty. The threading on the chimney is meh. I feel like the threads almost need to be broken in which is kinda strange. Seals work great and I dont change the airflow much so I'm not really worried about the spring. More worried about how long the spring is going to last. Would almost prefer it having a non-adjusting firing pin. As long as you build it differently then the kayfun it wont give you any problems. No flooding at all and can even see the air bubbles come out as you vape it. Was at my local B&M and the owner walks up and says what is that, I just said it the kayfun killer. Although I'll say it again only in vape quality not in construction quality. Will still use my authentic, the threads make the most beautiful sound. My hcigar 3.1 is mostly for when I go out now lol.

Been vaping the Expromizer 1.1 for about a week now and I really like it. Like everyone else's experience, the threads are a but crunchy, but they are smoothing out over time. The 1.1 version has also fixed the wobbly drip tip issue and comes with a new (not so ugly) drip tip.

The first build I did was the same as I would do for my KFLs, the wicks (silica) were too short and I got some gurgling, not really flooding, just a little gurgle. You really have to add more wick in these since they really bring in a lot more juice than a KFL with the larger juice channels.

With the longer wick it's been vaping great for the past week, no leaks, no gurgling and great vapor production and flavor. Really liking the Expromizer!

Hubby is now on tank refill #2. He hasn't rewicked it or anything. It's vaping great. I'm glad I got it for him. the low maintainence I need to do on it is a breathe of fresh air. It just works for him.

I am very interested in one, glad to hear it has all the great taste people have been talking about, looks really easy to build for too. If it vapes well as most are saying everywhere, some crunchy threads I can handle.

Vapinart is getting them back in on 6/30. Good price there too. $67
