This is something needing to be addressed by opening a ticket, not something that can be taken care of here in the forum.

Perhaps if you had read the first line about not being able to reach them otherwise? Also to the contrary, when other means fail the forums are a great place to take care of these things, they have a presence here, and I've found that often times things move at a faster pace when handled in the public eye. Thank you though :)

o_O .. your issue is not common .. i usually get my package 2-3 days after ordering .. did you inquire about your order on the gotvapes website by filing a ticket?

and its possible it got lost in the mail ..holiday season and all

Yes, I did not receive a response, I don't know if it didn't go through or what not but it did say the ticket was created. I wouldn't think this was normal at all for GotVapes, as they have a good reputation here. I'm sure it will be sorted out. I'm just trying to get it sorted a little faster as it's already been awhile and I'd like to get my package ya know? :p

Well, then shame on you for advising me to do something I already have and received zero results from. I've exhausted other means of communication already as I indicated, why would I continue to attempt something that clearly doesn't help me.

I know this is of no help...but there was a new years holiday in that time frame too plus the sundays, so it's been 6 'mailing' days for your package, not 9 :unsure:

I also have a tracking number that not moving very fast after it left Texas..but that's Postal Troubles...NOT Gotvapes problem :)

Yeah, this is true. Only thing is it's not just moving slowly it seems to not have even shipped yet.

Frank, I will have to look but i believe I have already responded to you in tickets( I could be wrong) Anyway, this is not our problem. The Postal Service fouled up. They got in hurry Saturday the 29th and did not scan packages in and put them on the wrong truck. Because of them not scanning things they can not be tracked. They assure us that the packages are enroute to their destinations!

If you did respond woody I did not receive it. Thank you for your response now though, I'm glad to know that you guys did indeed ship it out, and that fully answers my question. Thank you to keelalagirl and adrena for their speedy responses as well.

Now.. It's too bad usps doesn't have a ticket system themselves, I have a few choice words for them. :banghead:

:laugh: This is cute ! :laugh: I think if they DID have a ticket system it'd be blown up by now cuz some times they aren't very good at updating their site :laugh::laugh: I HAVE had packages get to me long before they ever say it was delivered too though.

Crap happens :unsure: it's a major bummer when ya waiting for something ya really want though :(

Woody55 is the best, had a small issue with my order, less then two minutes after submitting the order, he was on the case and gave an expectable solution to the issue (this just all just happened a few minutes ago)
Otherwise very happy with the package I just received. :)
(posting a picture somewhere soon, hmmm gotta find where it should go)
