Need more info to help. What mod and what topper device? If it's variable what setting? What it sounds like is the dreaded dry hit, which means you are vaping the coil burning the wick or the crap that builds up on the coil; both are unpleasant and burn your throat. If you are using a thick juice try a few dry pulls (not firing the coil) to juice the wick. Also try a lower voltage if the device has variable settings. If the coil is replaceable try another one to see if the one you are using is gunked up.

The clearomizer is working against gravity I got a lot of dry harsh hits from ce4 type tanks. I suggest getting an evod they are bottom fed and use protank heads which are readily available. The tanks are around $10 USD and usually come with a few heads. Hope that helps.

I am using the tornado v3 with tornado-t battery from totally wicked. The juice is american red tobacco titan fluid 18mg. It's quite a thick juice but i've tried doing dry pulls without any change.

What sort of atomisers does it use? If it's a Vision V3 type CE4/5 (looks like it) then don't expect too much. I got less than 48 hours of nice vaping from this sort of clearomiser.

The "kit" is £24.99 and comes with the entry level RCS clearomiser. It's not a great price and it's not the best product. The battery will be quite good. I would expect less than 10ml through it before replacing it.

Try a different clearo?

I got the exact same today from my Ce4, but I think I know why. It's happened before a couple of times. I had been using it exclusively at work for a couple of weeks and I think it had taken a few knocks so that the tip wasn't seating off squarely against the seal. The first clue that this has happened for me is that the juice turns very dark over a day or two (I'm assuming from the broken seal?) and the flavour changes drastically to almost burnt. The occasional pull on it fills the tank with vapour too.

Today it literally went from just ok to having a massive coughing fit and the most acrid taste. Changed it out for a new one with fresh bright juice and it was all good again! I get ce4's from eBay for very little and I normally get a good 3 weeks or so out of each one before it's been knocked about so much it's useless.
