Try pushing it together while unscrewing it from the base. I has to use plyers and a rubber glove to get enough grip. I think the problem is it unscrewed from the bottom and top of the coil and the threads aren't the same height so it pulls in itself.
yea, the pliers practicaly sanded the grips. i think i may just go out and ask a random to do it...i may just not have enough strength...its on there REALLY good...its odd because i didnt screw it in that hard.

Power everything down (seriously do not skip this part!) and run just the tank under warm water (slowly warm it, not super hot all at once) then take a towel and grip both sections and unscrew it.
Or with my Nautalis Mini I unscrewed the top bit where the mouth piece connects and for some reason that seemed to change the internal pressure and allow me to unscrew the base... Yay physics?

If that doesn't work I have no idea.

It's actually sort of counter-intuitive, but you want the threads to expand. Making them contract would just make it harder to get off.
Hmmm I was thinking the other way around. It's already been heated by vaping or hot water and maybe the expansion was keeping it thread locked. I reckon it could be viewed both ways. Good point though.
