 Just curious. It dawned on me one night that I've never had an "eye hit" from vaping. You know...with a cig how you would get an occasional "eye hit" and it burned and made your eye water. Was it the caustic chemicals, the smoke(cause you get it at campfires too) or is it the fact that a ecig does ever 'burn" closer to your face? Or...am I just weird?

Every now and then something causes me to remember those awful analog eye-hits! MAN they hurt ... not to mention the total destruction to your eye make-up! But you're right ... since you get them from a campfire too, must have to do with a flame and all the noxious chemicals that result from mixing in a flame.

I've had eye hits from eliquid

I had a bad one last week. I was filling a carto with a needle tip bottle. I squeezed too hard and the top of the bottle flew off and I got a good sized splash of menthol in my face. It took several eye rinses to get the sting out and my eye was red for awhile afterwards.

No permanent damage done though but I've learned to be careful about peering into the carto while I'm filling it.

i used to get hot ashes in my eye while driving all the time, almost crashed alot from it

lol, Once I dropped my analog between my thighs while driving. Got me jumping around, only you can't in car, eventually had to pull over. Ended up with a burnt hole in the seat and drenched in sweat. Most panicky moment in my life.

God eye hits were the worst! I used to get them while looking down at the keyboard with an analog in my mouth! As for dropping them in the car I've done it a million times, surprised I even had a seat left, or a thigh!
Juice in the eye is similar, I did it once filling at carto and my god, did it hurt! My contact even got a red tinge to it

I think it was the smoke that caused the pain of an 'eye hit'. Since the ecig is just water vapor, nothing really to bother your eye, UNLESS you get liquid in it. I have had a bit of liquid on my finger tip and not thinking wiped my eye, and yes, it does burn! ouch

Dude, last time I used a damn syringe I took a bath in juice, I swore off the syringes, my wife thought I was a crackhead with that thing anyways, even my kids thought I was the guy in one of those after school specials.
