Dude, last time I used a damn syringe I took a bath in juice, I swore off the syringes, my wife thought I was a crackhead with that thing anyways, even my kids thought I was the guy in one of those after school specials.

I use syringes all the time, but this was one of the little 10ml bottles that you can attach a short blunt needle tip onto. The juice was too thick and the pressure caused the entire top of the bottle to pop off. I never that that problem with syringes lol.

"Eye Hits" are definitely rare with vaping, since the vapor isn't nearly as irritating as smoke. That being said, I have a tendency to use a lot of menthol in my juice (Exclusively DIY). I remember being at work, messing with my hardware and got some juice on my fingers - then my eye started to itch. I didn't even think about it, just rubbed my eye, and quickly realized I just rubbed my eye with menthol and nicotine. It was painful and my eyes watered, to say the very least.

Other than that, it takes a breeze in the face and a huge hit to give an eye-hit. It can happen, but nothing like when I smoked menthol anologs and would try to let it just dangle from my lips.

I had a bad one last week. I was filling a carto with a needle tip bottle. I squeezed too hard and the top of the bottle flew off and I got a good sized splash of menthol in my face. It took several eye rinses to get the sting out and my eye was red for awhile afterwards.

No permanent damage done though but I've learned to be careful about peering into the carto while I'm filling it.

Your Avatar image looks like it is getting DOUBLE EYE HITS! : o LOL

i had e-juice shoot me right inside my darn ear!!!!! it hurts bad atleast at 6v it does

well i was testing to see if the carto was dead so i was listining for the sizzel and WHAM right in man....

LOL sorry but that's funny because it's something I would do. It's the vaping equivalent of looking down a hosepipe to see why the water hasn't come out yet.

I remember once I was driving on a two lane road with no shoulder and dropped a cigarette between the steering wheel and dashboard. Even better, that area was filled with foam which you know..is great to mix with a cigarette cherry. Anyway, here I am, driving down the road freakin the heck out, trying to get the cigarette back out, while driving, with the smoke rolling, thinking I'm gonna have to pull over and let the car burn from such a dumb accident.

Lesson learned, never hold the cigarette in the hand you held the wheel with.

The move "planes, trains and automobiles" came to mind reading this post, when John Candy dropped the cig cherry in the backseat. Steve Martin retreiving his 'charred' wallet was priceless.

GREAT movie, but glad you didn't suffer the same consequence he did! LOL
