Ah cool, thats good news. I received 8 flavouart flavors from ecigexpress but they didn't carry them all. Enough to start experimenting on some basic recipes. The whipped cream is dissapointing. Tried a drop on the tongue and it doesnt taste anything like whipped cream to me or my wife. I'm hoping it vapes better than it tastes straight or adds a little something to other flavors. The strawberry, coconut and apple smells and tastes really good. Going to start with those in various percentages tonight. Chocolate seems to be a hard flavor to achieve. Most are either too subtle or taste more like charleston chew... not a fan. Hoping flavourart is better. Going to experiment with combining chocolate and cocoa with some hints of other things to see if i can achieve a deep rich semi-sweet chocolate flavor. So far i think JC is the best choclate juice i've vaped but it's a bit too subtle for my liking. Not dominant enough to create a good chocolate covered strawberry or cherry cordial juice.

I only tried to taste a drop straight once. it burned my tongue.

after letting them sit today the oba is definataly along the ry4 555 line. rich, maybe a bit nutty, spicy. I have only tasted a few flavors from venders and only 1 ry4 but the ry4 is definately close. they don't have a whole lot of sweetness so if you like it real sweet may need sweetner or even a touch of caramel.

It usually takes a few days of letting them sit to get rid of all the perfumy taste so in a few days I think these will be perfect.

Lol, that's going to be the hardest part of the experimentation process. Patience is fine as long as I don't have to wait too long ;) The oba sounds real interesting, have to order some next round. I got some RY4 juice that had a slight marshmallow taste in it and suprisingly it was delicious, might want to try it if you have some to add in. Din't think i would like the mallow for anything other than a smores liquid but i'm a fan now as a subtle undertone. Generally i prefer subtle sweetness in my juices.

I got some juices from a new supplier that have a strong perfumy taste and so i hate them. Won't mention the supplier as taste is subjective. I let them sit for a week but it's still there. I'm wondering if i let them sit opened in my juice fridge if that might get rid of that perfumy taste. Ever tried it? Otherwise that's cash in the trash.

For your chocolates I would recommend you starting, like you said, with FA Cocoa and another chocolate, maybe CA Double Chocolate, and some sweetener. From there take some of that batch and add a bit of caramel. From that or the first batch add a bit of CA Vanilla Custard, from the first batch add some Bavarian Cream and so on. That way you'll get an idea of what these flavors do with the chocolate. If you want a darker choc add a couple of drops of FA Raspberry. Coconut and hazelnut give it more body in small amounts without tasting them. A little peppermint will give you more of the Oreo taste. It's a complex flavor but very fun to make. Plan on using 5-8 ingredients to get it right. Vanilla is a must! Butter sometimes. EM always! If it's not as smooth as you want add a little marshmallow. Then share with your friends. :)

I use FA Whipped Cream to add a little milky flavor to a mix but it's fairly weak... good in mixes though.

Yeah, DaDuke, Nikhil mentioned that leaving bottles sit open overnight often gets rid of the perfumy taste and that does work much of the time. I'm not sure I would refrigerate it though. I've seen some eLiquid vendors recommend refrigerating mixes but I've heard from a flavor manufacturer that this isn't a good idea for flavorings. It's better to keep them in a cool, dark place.

What i've been doing is have my mini fridge set to the least cold setting so it doesnt get too cold while providing a "cool dark place" for my nic juices which also has a lock. My flavorings and jugs of PG / VG i've been keeping inside a cabinet in my office which never gets above 78. Haven't seen anything about the flavorings being adversely affected by cold though. I'll have to look into that.

Also, tried the FA apple which is freakin really tasty. Tastes just like a fresh green apple to me. The only thing is that even though i hadn't let the flavors meld and age (doing that right now) i tried it at 20% and the flavor was still really subtle. This is such a good flavor i really want it pumped up but going more than 20% seems like the flavoring should've been more concentrated in the first place. Just based on my initial taste test, i would guess it would need to be in the 35% + range. Of course it could just be my "bad taste bud bug". Friend is coming over tomorrow and i'll see if it's just me but i don't think so.

Yeah, Capella is on my to do list after i finish with testing all the FA flavs. Then i can decide which ones i am not happy with and need a replacement for. I'm hoping the other FA fruits taste as good as the apple does. Just wish it was more concentrated. Hoping it will meld into a more profound apple flavor after a couple days. One thing i'm impressed with so far is the clarity of these FA flavors. Most are as clear as water. Haven't seen the coffee yet (still waiting on my order from italy) but the chocolate is just a light brown and still easy to see through. Hoping the coffee is the same since i have a bottle of loranns coffee and its so think and dark it hammers an atty in no time. The vanilla classic smells really good in the test tube, can't wait to try it. I love vanilla especially as an undertone and imo can go with almost anything. If i can find a really good vanilla i want to try and replicate a childhood favorite, peanut butter marzipan. Basically candy made from powdered sugar, peanut butter and lots of vanilla. Just switch the peanut butter with almond and you have the classic marzipan. I'm personally not a big fan of candy flavored vapes but would look good in a product line if it can be done right.

for some reason I have lost ability to edit my posts to give final opinion. but anyway the ry4 is very good and sweet. to me the oba is like a tart fuit after I let it set. fa sent me a message sayin it is "fruity fancy and creamy vanilla and liquor undertone. belnds well with many sweet and citrus" I may just need to add sweetner to it but gonna wait bc I have a cold coming on and it's not a good idea to mess wiih it when your sick

I definitely have to try the oba, sounds real interesting. Can you nail any specific fruit flavors in it? The tartness could actually be useful in some recipes, i like tart now and then. I haven't tried it but i wonder if vape wizard would take some of the tart out without adding sweetness?

Magic Mask would probably work better for that. It neutralizes the perception of pH. It does wonders for covering mistakes too. :D
