I'm posting there rather than in the Recipes forum due to the higher level of activitiy.

Some time ago I purchased severl FA flavors including Cuban Supreme, Maxboro Ultimate, Burley, Perique Black and Shade. I also have some MTS vape Wizard.

Again back some time, I mixed some basic Shade in 70/30 mix. I didn't think much of it. Someone suggested it was better as an additative to other flavors. Therefore, I'm looking for suggestions.

I'll probably order some of the other FA tobacco flavors at some time.

I have liked the Maxboro Ultimate, though it seems to have a bit of a dry finish. Some Stevia has been helpufl, but not a cure.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Ethyl Maltol @ 3% will help more than the Stevia.

I thought Shade was okay at 7% but maybe a little sweet. Perique Black has been my favorite FA tobacco lately, mixed at 6.5% in 70/30 base.

Maxboro at 5.5% tastes much like Nicotine Nirvana Marlboro, if you've ever had that. It has a spicy tang to it. I like it better blended with Camtel, but the steeping time is long.

Anyone got recommendations for Royal? Is it even a tobacco flavor?

I upped my Shade to 6% and it was significantly improved. I suppose the recommended guidelines might be a bit to the low side. Thanks!
