Fading flavor?

It seems like the flavor of my ejuice seems to fade after 5 or 6 hits. It doesn't seem to matter which brand (TW, Janty, or JC) or flavor (I've noticed it with apple, peach, and cherry). The flavor is fine for another few hits after topping off or when dripping, but then it starts to fade again. I know analogues used to diminish my sense of taste, but I never really thought about that being due to nicotine. Has anyone else noticed this, and would adding a little Loranns to my juice make the flavor last a little longer or be a waste of time?

This seems to happen to everyone. Some say if you put your PV down for about a half hour, the flavor comes back for awhile. As the battery power diminishes your PV becomes less effective in heating the atomizer sufficiently which contributes to this problem. It happens with both my 901 and screwdriver but much less with my screwdriver due to the great power the SD has. Others say switching flavors also helps. Adding flavoring to your liquid or making your own does help. Check out Liquidxpress.com. I just ordered from them but have not received the order yet but I am excited because they sell the "flavorings" that the commercial liquids are made from. I'm hoping this allows me to "pump up" the flavor of my pre-mixed liquid as well as making my own.

Welcome Vaporlock. Your name dates you. I'm sure most of the people on this forum don't even know what vaporlock means. I used to have a very rare 69 Dodge Charger 500 that was a beautiful car but would vaporlock in temps above 85 degrees. Made me insane!

In answer to your question, sometimes it seems like that on some juices. Some people have suggested shaking the bottle before using. I don't know. It could be your cart is getting old also and like Sun suggests what is left in the cart is the unused oil that isn't viable.

Thanks Jo. And yes, I'm not a teenager anymore! By the way - Mopar rocks!!! I had a '70 Cuda with a 340, 4-speed. I miss it a lot. And yes, vaporlock was a persistent problem. (But when it was running it was a terror!!!)

Good to find a fellow Mopar nut. My ex and I used to have plenty of Mopars. We would buy them, rebuild them and sell em to make a profit. Bought our first house that way. My favorite was a 70 Challenger with a 340 6pack, 390 gears, shaker hood. Absolutely mint. I used to race it at a local dragstip. Had a blast blowing the hemis off of the line. It was black thru and thru and 1 cool car! I'm a lady btw and some of the men definitely had a prob with a woman kicking their hiney. LOL
