Hi all!
My name is Joe and i am 23 years old from Dayton, Ohio.
Im fairly new to vaping so i will try to keep this short and sweet with out boring you all too much. I had only been smoking for around 3 years at about a half PAD, so i feel a bit odd being proud of quitting after reading all the stories of 30+ year 2 PAD smokers quitting, when i have had so much trouble kicking the habit after only 3 years.
although I am proud to say i have been completely smoke free for about a week now.
I say FAIRLY new because my vaping experience began about two years ago when i heard an add on the radio about an ecig that i could try for "free"
Anyway that ended up being a load of crap and i ended up smoking the same day that i received the product in the mail. It did not have nicotine and only came with one battery. It was pretty much a waist of $70 and was left very discouraged and unhappy.
Fast forward to about four months ago when i decided give it another try, this time doing a little bit of research online first. After a little researching i decided to go ahead and purchased a Blu starter kit because the refills we also available at the walgreens down the street. I was relatively happy with it. I quit for a few days then stated to smoke a few analogs while still vaping. This continued for about a month or two and then i got sick of buying the pricey filled carts from blu. Eventually i was back to smoking analogs exclusively again
I determined that there must be a cheaper way of doing this, so i got back on the internet for some more research and found ECF!!! And i could not be happier! I did about a week of reading and decide to take the plunge and give "Ecigs" one more try. I purchased a vtube from apollo and i love it!
it vapes very well and i love all the different carts and attys and tanks that i can use. I started off with a 6ml DC tank and loved it. but when i went to refill it, i made the mistake off removing the top and ended up tearing one of the o-ring seals when i went to put it back on (i still need to get a new o-ring) It started flooding the cart so i decided to get some CE2 clearomizers to see how i liked them. Since there was a $30 min for free shipping with apollo i decide to get some CE4's and all the fittings as well so that i could get really anything to fit on my vtube in the future. I liked the CE2's but like the CE4's better and that is what i have been using for the past couple days. I also love dripping! the flavor cant be beat. the dripping part is kind of a pain when sitting at home but i have found that it is perfect for car rides! i just add some drops before i start my drive and the vape usually last as long as an analog would. if i am left wanting more, which i usually do on longer car rides, i just add a few more drops at a stop light and am good to go!
All-in-all i am so happy that i have found the vaping community! Im glad that i have quit and think that vaping is going to become much more of a hobby then a chore(like smoking was) Thanks for reading and if you have any suggestions or stories that you would like to share, i would love to hear them!!
Thanks,
Joe
