Fall is coming. Does anyone have a good Pumpkin Pie recipe?

I think it is a mix of spices that one would put in pum pie....tastes like clove in there too...I don't like or use clove....I don't taste any pumpkin...just spices..

i dont have all the flavors to try it but this may work for the flavor

pumpkin 70%
pie crust 20%
clove 10%

a starting point anyway. A little marshmallow may sweeten it up and cut back the clove a little.

Pumpkin Spice is like Allspice. I made a good one last year with it, pumpkin, whipped cream and graham flavor. I will dig up the recipe tomorrow and post it

I like my pumpkin pie with a graham crust and not regular crust though.

What does it taste like? The perfumers apprentice web site did say it tasted like pumpkin, but as I now understand it real pumpkin spice is just supposed to be the spices in a pumpkin pie.

The pumpkin tastes like if you open a pumpkin and smell the inside. I'm not sure of a better way to describe it.

I generally try flavors at 10% in regular PG to see what they taste like before I use them in juice. Not a fan of pumpkin so I havnt used it all all other than that original tasting. I am pretty sure I gave it away with some stuff I sold in classifieds.

Thanks... I usually use Capella's at 15%. I have some PA that I'll try at 10% sometime this week.
I haven't tried it as of yet because I thought it smelled really cinnamon-y.
