Funny thing about #8, I was walking my dogs downtown today when a woman approached me after seeing me puffing on my e-cig. She asked me if I was "smoking an electronic cigarette." I said yes and without hesitation she proceeded to tell me that "those things are made with anti-freeze." I tried to explain the truth to her, but her mind was already made up. Oh well.

Haha, it must be nice to be able to do it so openly.

I find the Boge Leo, and the Boge Revolution 2.1 juicebox work well. Any of the regular cig looking types that I've tried are too high maintanence, and lack the consistent full vapor I want, and battery capacity. I am here only so I can get to the GLV (Great Lakes Vapor) forum which is for another juicebox type (custom order) that I am waiting for.

She is correct, unless you are vaping VG type, Prolylene Glycol is used for a non toxic antifreeze. My Liquid cooled pc uses it for antifreeze/coolent. It and ethylene glycol (car antifreeze) are forms of sugar, one is poison the other is not. The same way some forms of alcohol are deadly poison, like rubbing or wood alcohol, and others we drink. And PG is used in FDA approved food additives, but is is used for antifreeze too.

So I tell people I'm basically vaping flavored sugar water with nicotine.

Was looking for some info on or about Ohms and volts used on a PV and how the various different values effect PVs? I mean I understand electronics and all, i'm just trying to understand how it effects PVs.

Thanks,

~SOL

The higher the voltage or lower the ohms the hotter the atomizer/cartomizer will get. All I have are 3.7 volts, but different ohm carto/atomizers give very different hits with same juice. High ohm 3.0 ones give a mild hit and require less battery juice. Low ohm like duel coil cartomizers 1.5 ohm give extreme throat hits but require high output batteries. I tend to have more than one device ready all the time and if I want stronger hit I use one, and if that is becoming too much, I switch to higher ohm softer hit device.

Ha, I've been told that e-cigs contains cadmium and they a hundred times more dangerous than analogs :D.

I just ordered a e-power kit. I read good things from reviews from other people who have purchased the same vaporizer. Just wanted to know what everyone else thinks or knows about e-power. Anything that I should look out for? Or anything that other have had that work well with it.
