I had a major medical situation in my family and like an idiot I picked up a cigarette. I enjoy the flavor of the ecig more so then a cigarette, so I can't really say why I pick up a analog. It just seem like that was what I needed. Probably habit thinking. I felt so much better when I stopped the analogs. I still have the stress in my life, but I think I'm ready to stay with ecigs.

One More Time.

being a former smoker, I'm aware of the anxiety one goes through in stressful situations and we all fall back on what is simple and familiar to us. There's nothing simple about vaping until you get very familiar with the equipment. All you need for a smoke is a pack and fire...with vaping, it's a bit more complicated.

Good luck with the stressful situations...but if you're committed, you can make the change...and it'll be for the better! Hang in there!

I recently changed from analog to e-cigs and have been looking for a great replacement. I quit smoking twice before once for two years and the second for a year. Found the cigarettes just got me busy and my mind off things. I bought a cheap set of smart smoker e-cigs for me and my fiancee. We cut down from 3 packs a day to one. I dont smoke at work any more. Only vape. And I have a cig every now and then to fill in. My buddies at work have been starting to help me with what the next step is. So I made a big jump to a T-Rex with cartos. Waiting for it to arrive so I can try it out. Looking forward to all the info on this site my friend told me about.
