as long as they can ship there yes. I know they offer several shipping options. Here in the states, we can get our stuff in less then 2 weeks or as long as 2-3months
I ordered from them recently, luckily items shipped prior to Chinese New Year, but don't know how long it will really take to arrive. Said it would be 8-10, hoping that is accurate.
For all those answering this post understand the ecig is strictly forbidden/ illegal in Singapore.

It really becomes so confusing when you have no idea what to do about getting items etc. Also, I was thinking lets say the package gets seized, anyone else that's a Singaporean experienced that before? as per the law they even do not allow for personal use in the post.
however every system can leak. so it depends how much they are relax, or busy.

You're welcome. There are many SG vapers and the trick is to get to know them and their sources. Takes a bit of time but well worth it IMO.
Yeah, all up till now all my sources of products was through my friend, maybe he's verified here. He's told me of one site I can get stuff from, but it's still nice to know many more
