I was ill for about a month---had to have gallbladder removed last week and now I am back to continue to be a pain in the .... on ecf...lol Sounds like you were sick too? Hope all is well.

Shilo, red beets are your friend. Even though your gall bladder is gone, it helps to eat lower fat, as the liver used the gall bladder to spill over all that to.......I have found that boiling red beets really helps when the system starts to get bile laden.......as a matter of fact, I had a concoction I used to cook up and it saved my gall bladder and liver from surgery
