Fasttech alternative?

I have an outstanding PayPal balance from a deal gone sour via ebay, and in the process of getting it figured out. In the meantime, I'd like to pick up a few cheap rda/RBAs. I know I won't find fasttech prices, but can anybody recommended a good stateside vendor with low prices?

I'm afraid to setup another PayPal account in fear of over drafting my bank account :/

angelcigs.com is pretty great, in my limited (two separate orders) experience.

They have a US warehouse, so things ship a LOT faster, and the prices are only maybe $3-$5 more.

Quality is about the same as fasttech though, so it's kinda hit or miss. The three Taifun GT and GS clones I got are perfectly fine, but I'm still having issues with the squape. Squape problems are probably all up to me though, I think the device itself is fine.

i also recommend angelcigs. have purchased a kf 3.1, taifun gt, stingray and a panzer with another panzer and a storm a dripper coming.
everything ive purchased has been great. im about done with fasttech. i had a problem with a fogger and they wouldnt resolve it unless i bought something else. dont have anything bad to say about angelcigs.

Alright guys. Does anybody here have an idea of an outstanding charge being pulled from a separate account? I could always open up a new PayPal under my prepaid work issued card but again, I owe a balance on my checking account so I delinked the account. Blah I want an omega and patriot -. -
