couple of problems....
1.i dont use paypal. i was a federally licensed firearms dealer for 17 years (class 3 dealer by the way, retired),a currently licensed hunting outfitter, and paypal is completely and utterly anti-gun. i tried using them one time for non-guns (accessories), sold a gun stock and they froze my account saying that it is against their policies and decided to keep my money i had in their system pursuant to their "policies and TOS" ( i still have the email) to the tune of over $900 bucks.
(id be happy to post paypals email. if you use paypal, better go read their terms of service completely. if they dont agree with what your receiving or sending money for they have the right to SEIZE YOUR ACCOUNT AND ALL FUNDS IN IT, and theres nothing you can do about it.. when you sign up with them and agree to their terms of service, you agree to this.what happens if one day they all of the sudden dont like e cigarettes?)
2. i dont know anyone here whos a "super member" or whatever or anyone personally here for that matter, so no verification there and no one to "vouch" for me..
3.i dont use ebay. you are REQUIRED to have a paypal account as a seller on there. paypal is their only form of payment they allow, and coincidentally ebay OWNS paypal, so it is understandable i guess that they would force you to have a paypal account to sell. that way they can collect their "sellers fees" AND collect a percentage of your paypal transaction. double dipping at its finest. im sure eventually someone will get a class action together against them.LOL
4. no feedback, and to be quite honest, i dont see how that works....you cant sell without being "verified", but one of the requirements to become verified from other members "feedback" is you have to have have 10 positive feedbacks as a 'seller" on the site?...how do you get 10 positive feedbacks as a seller if you cant sell or trade without being verified, but you cant become verified to sell without having 10 positive feedbacks as a seller?....doesnt make any sense to me...maybe im missing something.
5.netidme doesnt work for me for some reason when i try it. it came up for me one time and when i tried to go thru the process it doesn't do anything.......
you cant judge everyone from the actions of some people. now if youd like to give me some other alternative to become "verified", by all means. id be happy to send you a copy of my state of California wholesale/retail license and a copy of my ID via email or something, but other than that no ideas here.
