fasttech is great. Their EGO batteries are horrible.

1 week old EGO style batteries not charging, overcharging, direct shorting with standard resistance atomizer 510-t.

Im a go easy person , I can wire the batteries so I was to order new boards wire them up as they went south and be happy with it but the batteries themselves are no good. This is not acceptable and I have sent them a ticket.. The sad part, I already have returned/received back a bad battery, previous thinking it was made on a monday, that transaction went smooth but the replacement battery is horrible..

Be warned if you purchase an EGO style battery from there.

I'll probably post my "overall" Fastech notes somewhere else - but this fits this thread perfectly.
Got my first order from them about a week ago, waiting to see - and hmmmm

Good) My 1300 battery (did you, above also get that "fat" one?) is perfect. Works great, just like the one I got elsewhere. Funny thing is that the visual difference is the FastTech one says TM. Hahah.

Bad) The other Ego was a silly shiny yellow/gold plated 900. It fires inconsistently - seems like it puts itself into 5-click-off mode sporadically. And I mean it'll kick off in the middle of a puff. I won't charge it unless I'm watching and won't take it with me for a drive in case it just dies...

Yes, I got the fat ones. The fatter ones are easier for me to use. I agree that the quality is lacking in some respects. I can feel a slight shift of something inside my FT Ego-t batteries. I can live with that with the price they are charging. I will wait to see how long these last before I invest in more of them though. I, too, noticed that the FT batteries have the TM on them whereas the ones I bought stateside didn't.

Get a returns number from them if they are faulty, they have a returns address in Miami for US customers.

Scaring the crap out of me...just ordered 2 1100 ego batteries 5 min ago....the price is almost too good to be true and no shipping cost? Hope its not REALLY too good to be true.

Most likely they will be fine they cant make money by sending out junk but at the same time your not getting top notch ether. Most are happy with their fastech orders.

1)Fasttech does not make the Batteries
2) they are the EXACT SAME no name Batteries you pay 2x,3x for in your Local B&M
3) Odds are just as high of purchasing a defect locally

I've purchased batteries that came DOA from other companies and never got replacements. Fasttech does have Warranties.

I haven't had any actual battery problems with the 3 I've gotten from fasttech. BUT, the threads on the 2 650's have stripped on the inner threads. One was my fault- I cross-threaded a cart. The other, not sure, but at first I was switching flavors and clearos almost every other draw. Hopefully the doohickey I ordered will fix the thread problem. I also ordered one of those fat 1300mAh and a 900mAh evod along with some other stuff. When you add in shipping from most of the US vendors, I can get 2 sometimes 3 batts from fasttech for the same price, and I'm pretty sure tho batts from the US vendors are not all genuine Joyetech, either.
