I think it is a better product than the itaste, it is cheaper, doesn't have the special charging plug, charge while vaping etc. , and comes with a clearo.

Those things are usually $5 EACH
Thing is the pic shows they're a bit different than what I'm used to seeing, so I'm guessing knockoff of Joye eGo-C heads
Still... that's one hell of a deal...

Just got a 5 pack of these attys in my mailbox. They look exactly the same as the Joyetech ones. The only differences are they don't say joyetech on them, and the silicon bottom sticks out a tad more. Haven't used one yet, but I'll pop one in the eRoll in a few.

They don't look like the picture. Air channels are the same. The spike is longer, though.
