FastTech order hasn't come

shipped 3.8.2014
still has not arrived as of 3.31.2014

also the tracking has not changed in 13 days.. help? any advice

Perhaps the fasttech turtle broke a leg?

That or it's probably stuck in customs or on a pile waiting for enough items to fill a container/canoe.

Wait the full 45 days then contact FT (from ship date that is )

Thanks, could there be a problem if there was batteries in it? I was reading on here and people said batteries get seized. I guess i should have researched before

If there were batteries in the order it probably went Malaysia or Singapore post. Both are aggravatingly slow. I've waited as long as 6 week before. But it will eventually get there if customs didn't seize it. In the future, if you're ordering batteries and other things do yourself a favor and place 2 orders, one for the batteries, one for the rest of your order. Wait 45 days from shop date (3/8 in your case) and then contact fasttech if you still haven't received... Hope you'll get your package soon. Never had any problems with FT, it's slow but it's cheap!

I ordered something also, no batteries, on the 20th, were shipped on the 21st and same thing, the status has not changed and just say accepted, pre-shipment.

Honestly, nothing you can do but wait...USPS can not help you or neither can Fasttech..as Kodiak bear said..it's probably stuck somewhere waiting to be cleared, even then...it might be on boat right now on the way to USA.

If doesn't arrive in 6 weeks, then file complaint with with Fasttech/Paypal get your $ back..but I think you'll be fine..but don't ever expect fast ship/delivery times with slow tech

I went through this last year with FT. And sorry to say, if USPS losses your items then FastTech will not refund you money. I learned this the hard way.

I've order 4 different things from fasttech, a single drip tip, magnets (10 pack), Kayfun pack of 10 plastic colored sections and the 3 piece nemesis aluminium tubes for 18350, 18500, 18650. I have recieved the magnets in 3 weeks, nemesis black tubes in 2 weeks with both sent with tracking numbers. Now the oldest item the dip tip has been shipped for better than a month now as has the kayfun clear colored sections both without tracking numbers. I contacted their customer support today and expect to hear back form them by tomorrow but not sure yet. At any rate I'm only out about $6 if they don't show up.

Personally, I would rather spend $10-$20 more and buy off Ebay. At least I know I'll have it within the week rather than hoping I'll have it within a month.

Same with USA, EBAY vendors, if USPS loses it...and the sender didn't buy insurance..you're SOL...if USPS can't find it.. or more frustrating:
1. says delivered, when you know it wasn't delivered when other vape mailed arrive that day
2. and this BS, said attempted delivery and note was left...I was home all day..no note left...twice happen to me already..I used their re-attempt delivery system with polite "pretty please note"

When I can, I opt for USPS insured, Brown or FedEX..then I load up on stuff to make it worth my while..
