FastTech orders, Mechanicals and RBA's

I've made over 30 orders, just 1 got caught by HK Post because it had 6 18500 batteries. All the others have arrived within expectations.
this issue was discussed in length as far back as Jan, it wasnt until the elections over there that the directive was finally enforced.
As I'm sure you have noticed, some folks have had huge waits, others have been fine. I've never received anything in less than 3 weeks, personally. It's a roll of the dice how long you will wait, but eventually you will get your stuff. Myself, I've decided it's worth the extra money to shop from a US vendor, I don't have the patience, but if you are willing to wait, they do have some seriously outstanding deals among the cheap crap.
I have made 4 orders with FT. Waiting on 2 more now. I have the Rocket, and like it a lot, though I had issues with the plastic tank and ended up buying a replacement tank from a USA vendor for a few $. The Rocket vapes very nicely, comparable to a Kayfun, though the build quality is not on the same level. I have it on a Provari mini right now at a happy 1.3 ohm with cotton yarn wicking.
That's about what I expected. I'm all for supporting us/local vendors, and I definitely spend, but I figured I wanted to check out the mechanical world and fb is a super cheap way to do it.
I want to get a glass replacement for the rocket as well , what did that cost? Where did you get it?

You can get almost the exact things that FT carries from ebay or a USA online seller if your willing to pay a small markup...
Great great deals on FT, just dont order anything you need in a week... I have ordered tons of stuff from them prior to vaping... almost always got it during the second week.
Quality... amazing on some items, not so much on others... read reviews on the item first, or ask around.

Well out of the packages the last one I ordered has made its way to San Francisco today! By way of usps, as for the first two they should be in the hands of usps so I'm feeling pretty good about it.

Opened a dispute with paypal. Plus it was getting close to
the 45 days limit with paypal.
There are a number of ways fasttech could have dealt with this.
One is to issue a refund to all problem shipping customers.
People would have let you re-bill FastTech if they have
received their items at a later date. You are worried about
your money instead of the customer. Without customers you have no money

FastTech does not seem to know the rules of business:
1: the customer is right
2: 98% of the people are honest, treat them as if they are.
3: Do not base your business on the 2% of the people.
Anyhow left this on ticket:

To resolve this either send another shipment of the items
or issue a refund with Paypal.
This should not have escalated to this point, bad business decisions
on your part.

The only China order problem I've had is an order for a couple of Sigelei mechanicals from Health Cabin. They were returned to them and I got an email asking me if I wanted them to try shipping them again or get a refund. I opted for the refund since it had already been about 3 months since the initial order. I got the refund with no problem but won't order from the again.
As far as Fasttech goes, I've ordered 5 King mod clones, a couple of Chi-Yous, a Bagua, and a few Sentinals. EVERY ONE of them have arrived safe and sound. I don't dwell on a Fasttech order since you never know if you'll get it 2 weeks or 2 months but I've gotten them all...eventually. I guess I'll keep ordering until I have a problem but so far so good.

i have waited 2.5 months for one order, and 10 days for another. Out of 6-8 orders, they have all arrived at diff times. I have order a few sets of batteries without issue. my longest delay had no batteries.

I placed an order with fasttech Oct 24th and still no sign of it. Every time I inquire about it I get the "please wait a little longer" response. I'm glad it was a small and inexpensive order. I won't order from them again
So far I have received 4 orders from FT in the past 6 months, the latest on November 29, for an order I placed November 15. A second order I placed on November 15 arrived 2 days earlier on the 27th. With a completely understandable cautionary hold of 5 days to ensure their Paypal payments do not get reversed, the actual travel time starting from when they actually ship their goods has been 5-9 days to arrive at my door in Texas for all 4 orders.
