Its called the "Rocket". Looks like a kayfun clone to me...

I have one from FT. It's decent for the price... Build quality isn't as good as the SS clones. Threads are rough, PITA to unthread sectional piece if they're screwed on too tight, threads also don't have o-ring seals, chimney o-ring is poorly designed, mounting screws are tiny, deck is chromed brass and the drip tip is threaded like the R91. But it has more of a airy draw then the tobeco/ehpro clones and doesn't whistle.
