just got this today in the mail from ft https://www.fasttech.com/products/1411/10005381/1438500 and i put my nimbus clone (from ft) on it and put a panasonic cgr18650 in and it wont fire, aswell as with a efest v2 30amp, and i tried with an aga t2, my floating pin has a hole in the center with threads down into it which i couldnt see on anyone elses, also it says it comes with brass contacts but my are silver, or atleast plated. nimbus and aga work great on m16 and private v2 with same batteries. also a lot of play in the batt tube when 18650s in it. i think my pin isnt making contact with my devices or switch isnt making contact with battery. i cant tell but id rather not have to send it back and wait another 30 days from ft.

look at the second picture in the link on the left is the top cap. are you missing the connector that screws into the pin maybe?

if so run down to the hardware store or home depot and try to find a brass screw that fits.

if all the parts are there you have to adjust the screws to hold the battery snug.

I have one from FT as well

If the top pin does not make contact with either the battery or the atomizer
it will not fire

it is adjustable

the whole top cap comes off the pin screws up and down depending on what you need

if you need it to far up for the battery to make contact the bottom cap screw is adjustable to make up for it

If you need to see it look up video's on chi you reviews that's how I figured it out

I will say, I got my FT Chi-You last week, and... WOW. Nice mod. really nice mod. Was not expecting the quality to be this good.
