Initially I ordered and selected HK post and twice it was returned and then when they finally got it all hashed out they chose to send it by Singapore post, that wasn't by my choice. I guess I was just jaded by my experience with them and thats why I won't do any further business with fasttech.

I placed my most recent FT order on Nov. 23rd. After about 2-3 weeks waiting 1/2 my order shipped... Finally arrived dec 26th (at least half of it did). Went something like this: 2 weeks to ship, 10 days to leave sing. post, 7 days in ISC Los Angeles (customs) then 5 days to my door. My Kraken clone however has just now made it to LA customs, probably be here in 2 weeks...

Honestly though the stuff i got exceded my expectations, King clone-26$, and a Bliss rba-12$ so for dirt cheap it was almost worth the wait. lol

My limited experience with Fastech. A couple months ago I ordered a K100 kit for around $35. It included the K100 body, a battery, a charger, and I think a cartomizer also. I had read all the stuff about Fasttech on here and knew I was in for a wait, and I was okay with that since I have a good setup already, and just wanted to try a mechanical for cheap. 3 weeks later, the shipment was returned to Fasttech and they issued me a refund. I'm guessing it got returned because of the battery, and really I was kinda glad, because while I was waiting, I read alot about batteries and chargers and wasn't comfortable about the ones that came with the kit anyways. Since then, I bought a K100, battery, and nitecore charger locally, and paid a bit more.

I will probally order from Fasttech again, but it will be for stuff I want, and don't need, since anything I might need I can get at the several shops I have in my area, or online here in the states and have to wait at most, 4 days for. I definitly will not be ordering any batteries or anything with batteries from Fasttech again because it seems all that is gonna do is tie up money for a month, and I won't be getting anything.

Been considering ordering from them and after reading all of this thread, here's a summary of my understanding of it:
- if you want it fast you should pay the extra money for DHL, otherwise the wait is anywhere from several weeks to a couple months after shipping depending on the shipping method
- it can take a bit for it to ship depending on the availability of the items in the order
- double check the item availability before ordering to avoid delays or just deal with the wait if it's something you have to have
- depending on what you're getting and how easy/hard it is to find in local shops/websites, it can be very worth it

Is this about right?

Give or take. There doesn't seem to be any consistency. I have one that should be here today that will make it about three weeks to my door. My most recent order was placed on the 24th, and should be leaving Asia soon (Item dispatched to transshipment hub on the 25th).

yep, I'm in upstate new york and I made an order on the 19th as well. My order finally had a change in the tracking. It was moved from a warehouse in Hong Kong to a warehouse in Singapore today. If you're order is going through SingPost, dont use their tracking page, its gargbage. Go here and type / paste in your tracking number and it should give you a better break down of whats going on with your package. Your Asian Logistics & Mailing Partner | Quantium Solutions

I think this only works for certain tracking numbers...I think they have to either start with LK or HK...someone please correct me if i'm wrong.

I'm from the east coast. I live in Rhode island and I am wondering when my this will come in. I have a mod, bra, ohms tester, and a pack of coils. I ordered them on the 19th and am getting frustrated with how long is taking. If I knew it was going to take this long the I would have orders from somewhere else!

I just got my 1st FT order in today and I ordered it on the 9th of Dec. I ordered an ego vv2 and so far it looks good. I would order from them again, but yes, the wait can be a bit unnerving. Be patient....it'll get there. ;)

Ordered from them on 12/31/2013 - before I read that this might not be a good idea.

Today (1/2) I received an email that my package "Shipped via USPS Express ePacket via China Post".

I'll report back when it arrives. I'm hopefull that the earlier problems were seasonal.

Just FYI our holidays are over but China's new year is pretty much all of january starting with the first of the month. When we're all going back to work and school they are gearing up for a month of celebration in which... yep you guessed it everyone takes off work. I just ordered from them too.. gotta keep my expectations low:)

Buy American products and save yourself a lot of time and trouble lol

There are honestly very few options available for true American made products, and those that are available can be quite pricey.

Unless you're talking about using stateside vendors, in which case you're buying the exact same Chinese made items at a markup - often a significant markup.

I'm certainly not pushing Fasttech on anyone, but I've bought quite a few items from them at a 25%-50% (and more) savings from what US vendors were charging - plus free shipping.

The wait sucks, but it is what it is. I'm old enough to remember when ordering something meant sending a check or money order along with a form out of a catalog and waiting a few months, so two to three weeks is do-able, for me.

That being said, I order juice and batteries ONLY from reputable stateside vendors.
