Wish I could make a post here to help New members before they go shopping. Unfortunately I am well beyond in my post count and cannot.

Before Shopping ANY vender it is best to spend a little time reading reviews, comments, etc. to get a feel for the way they do business and an understanding of what to expect.

It would also be helpful to weed out the Crack comments like fasttech should be Slowtech.
First of all - All products sold on fasttech have a availability listed on the item page. This will inidcate if the Item is in stock or if it es expected in stock in (x) Days.
Often listings list:
In Stock
Ships Next Day (locally warehoused)
Ships in 3 days (Likely another Supply house)
Ships in 5 - 10 Days - These are direct from maker/machine shops.etc. and produced to fulfill large orders(i.e. FT orders 1K units)

Most complainers have a few things in common:
Did NOT look at Availability Status - Delayed shipment waiting on pieces ordered (customer issue)
Pays no attention to Package movement and only Blames FASTTECH for All delays. - once Shipped FASTTECH HAS NO CONTROL over when you get anything. Neither does ANY Vender Anywhere. It is all in the hands of the shipping service.
Complainers also expect it expedited(as if they are special) yet still choose FREE over DHL.......okay

Then you have the ones who swear FT only sells junk.
Ever buy a ce4, ce5, ProTank, Knock-off Ego battery, etc. locally? Well they are the same things FT is selling. So where is the Difference........ other than a longer wait and bigger savings?

I do not recommend Fasttech or any other out of country Vender for anyone just getting started. If you are in NEED, buy locally and make sure you are covered.
Once you are comfortable, The Discount Venders like Fasttech can be a great source for building a nice collection of extras.

I have placed 11 orders with Fasttech, latest just shipped and ALL so far have averaged 10-14 days to delivery once recorded by the Shipping agent. For me that was Hong Kong Post until the latest order.

Know your needs/wants
Know your Product
Know your Vender
Know what to expect

Happy vaping :)

The problem is CHINA Customs - Has nothing to do with FASTTECH or any other China Vender that used Basic shipping.

You want Very Fast - Drive to B&M
You want Fast - Order in country
You want Savings and not in a hurry - Order from China

It has more to do with type of shipping used. I just received some coil overs for my CR-Z, got shipping notice and 4 days later it was a knock at the door, this was from china. With the shipping options that fast tech uses, it the slowest possible low priority possible. Seen messages in a bottle arrive to the states quicker. Also one has to see what is the time is till fast tech ships it also. Usually it's anywhere from 5-15 business days before it leaves whatever warehouse it is stored in. I have an order that is slated to start it's slow journey on the 6th, that I ordered on the 24th.

Again, this is incorrect. FT has many options, including DHL which is very fast and bypasses all the Customs tangles of the Free methods.
No doubt your Coils-overs were not Free Shipping(or at least it was built into the pricing)

How much did you pay for shipping? Was it free? FT has almost 20 different options for shipping. If you want it quicker you can pay the extra $50+ and get DHL international shipping or suck it up and pay nothing for free slow ... shipping. The choice is ours and since most people buy clones on FT to save money I doubt they wanna fork over the $50 for faster shipping and rather come onto a forum and ..... about how long the shipping time was when there is AT LEAST 50+ posts noting that shipping is slow :D

I'm from the east coast. I live in Rhode island and I am wondering when my this will come in. I have a mod, bra, ohms tester, and a pack of coils. I ordered them on the 19th and am getting frustrated with how long is taking. If I knew it was going to take this long the I would have orders from somewhere else!
I just order some stuff from fasttech as well on the 22nd and im not going to get it till the end of January they do have a tracking system you can use to see were ur package is but don't expect it till like mid January

I wish I could say that I wash being over dramatic and exaggerating the situation but unfortunately I'm not. Here is a couple of screen shots showing the order date and delivery date from fasttech and delivery by Singapore post. The only thing I did to the pictures was remove my mailing address, phone number and circle the tracking number for reference of the delivery date

By the way you can blame the vendor when they have the information listed incorrectly, when the item is listed as in stock and you place the order and in the order summary and details it says will ship 7 days later... then those 7 days pass and when you re-check the order details and now the item is listed as restocking. For those who have had pleasant experiences with fasttech I say congrats on being so lucky. I wasn't one of the lucky ones.

Fasttech takes a while. Assume a month, if it gets to you sooner, be happy.

I was lucky enough to run into a few Fasttech discussions before I placed my first order, so I wasn't disappointed when that order showed up 21 days later.

It is what it is. I wouldn't order anything from FT that you need in a hurry, I've been reserving it for things that I'd like to have (especially at their prices) but can definitely live without.

it will get worse in about 3 weeks,,Chinese new year

Yep, I've got two orders making their way to me right now, and I'm not planning on ordering anything else from them until after their New Year.

thieir in house tracking sucks..use Track Shipment(s) to track orders until it says "ITEM LODGED INTO TRANSSHIPMENT HUB LOCAL POSTAL AGENT" then use USPS track to track...unfortunately due to shipping snafu garbage the HKP was the way they were setup to track before

Never use Singapore Post. That is by far the slowest shipping option.

Either use ePacket or HK post.

HK post will take around 2 weeks to get to my mailbox, ePacket is almost the same just about 2/3 weeks.

I ordered something by DHL cause I needed it by the end of the week and I ordered it Sunday night and it was in my mailbox by Friday.

Singapore Post seems to be a good option when ordering to Europe (well, at least Sweden). Most of my orders have been shipped with SP and have arrived in two weeks or less, whereas those shipped with Hong Kong Post either took very long or never arrived (only 2 packages through HKP though, out of 16 in total). Don't know why there's such a difference in shipping to the US vs Europe.

my order went in on the 18th, finally made it "on the way out" status on the 28th.
when buying from fasttech, you have to consider the time ... it's just part of it fortunately/unfortunately.
my full set for my mod wasn't offered in the US (Sigelei Legend), only mini sets and was more expensive in comparison by about 40% more, so i went with fasttech and knew i have to wait.
i should be able to receive it this week, at least from viewing the shipping status.
i guess just be patient and just take heart on the hard-earned money (or not-so-hard earned) you've saved!

I've ordered from FT five times over the past three months. No batteries. The first three shipments got to me in two to two and a half weeks. Not bad. The last two orders were i made was on Dec, 1st. They didn't ship out for nine days. That's what I have the problem with. A week and a half is too long. The package that shipped with Singapore post is still in Singapore and the one I shipped with epacket, which I just wanted to try out, is in LA.

I know its frustrating, but it is the nature of the beast, and not at all unusual for international shipping. Do not order anything from overseas that you need, most especially within a specific time frame.

As a general rule I order what I NEED from the US, and only order those things that I merely WANT from China ... It is possible to receive quick shipments from China, its just not something that one should count on. ;-)
