So far, I have gotten %105 of every item I've orders... yes, I did accidentally get something extra in my packages twice.
(got an extra kayfun once, and an extra drip tip, which I'm using ATM). I have not had any wrong items shipped, just a defective one which was replaced. 14 orders for me in over 2 years and all arrived. Everything including ejuice, mech mods, VV/VW mods, batteries, magnets, cables, atomizers, scissors, etc... no problems whatsoever. Longest time for arrival was 3 months, and that was due to Customs and new battery policies... they seem to have found a good solution for that now though.When I order from fasttech, they have an estimated time for them to receive the product.. that is listed on the product description (aka, Ships in 7 days, etc)... keep in mind, that is an estimate, and sometimes it goes over. I usually give it a few days over when their expected ship time is, but if you order several things from them and something goes over the ETA time to ship, they will ship what they have, and then ship the lagging product when they get it. After that, it goes to China customs. After they pass it, it goes to Your customs.
I just saw where you're from... I know SG is tough on their customs, so I don't know. I would start small to test it if it's ecig related.
