Also, anything that contains batteries (and some things that don't but are mislabeled in their system) have to go by sea and take FAR longer to arrive. Order these things separately as well.

They just recently upgraded their shipping options for batteries. I know they were charging $5 for this to the US, but I just checked and on orders over $20 it's free.

https://www.fasttech.com/forums/shipping/t/1516411/new-speedy-shipping-service-laughed-for-shipping <---- mixed reviews on this forum discussion from FT but at least it's an option (US only that I can see)

Honestly, you can get a better deal from Illumination Supply anyway - Batteries are one thing I don't order from FT.

Nor do I, but I recently saw a mod (can't remember which) that didn't come with batteries but presumably due to some clerical error was classified as though it did for shipping

I have yet to order from Fasttech but I window shop from there all the time. There prices are awesome and there selection is really good. If you are an a tight budget this is the way to go. I normally buy from ebay cause I don't like waiting 2+ weeks. Does anyone know if they ship with tracking numbers?

I've definitely had stuff shipped from them with tracking numbers - it all depends on which delivery option you choose. Both Singapore and Malaysia post give tracking numbers, I think. However, these can be a bit slow/flaky when it comes to updating. Ymmv.

I've learned one thing with ordering from FT: PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS. If you don't select the option to ship with tracking numbers, they may not. They just supply a photo of the package leaving their warehouse. But once it's out in the world making it's way to you, going through customs, etc, you're kinda left in the dark. Hence the 'expect a 3 month wait'. I wasn't paying attention when I ordered my coils, and I'm currently still waiting on their mysterious arrival. Hopefully the package isn't being held somewhere in a dark, cement room getting it's wicks tasered. "WHY ARE YOU LEAVING CHINA? WHO IS CHEMICALEMILY?"

We really need an American to design and build an all surgical steel ((kangertech)) {Style/Clone} RBA Clearomizer. As well as a few other designed units.
Made in America, By Americans. I'd pay $125.00 for said unit and hope everyone else would follow and let china put all their crap in a closet.

Here you go, this one will come to a bit over $130 after 10% coupon. Project Sub-Ohm Orchid RBA Atomizer by Aethertech

When I use Fasttech, I pretty much consider it a gamble. I'm getting the item at a ridiculous price, so if it isn't satisfactory, then I don't even know that i would hassle with returning it. So far, what I've bought has been as advertised. Ive been pleased. I carefully read the reviews from others first, and try to make sure I get the exact SKU for the right item. There's a lot of variance so you have to be paying attention.

I have used their return policy, and it's not what you think. There are three incidences where I've had bad difficulties. One, was a mini protank 2... it was missing the center chimney in the glass tube. I took pictures of it, and contacted their tech support. They simply shipped me a new one and told me to keep the other one. The second one was with a Kayfun Lite. They shipped me two when I just ordered one. Being the nice guy I am, I informed them of it, and they told me they could have it at a reduced price, or ship it to their Florida location and they can refund the money via store credit. Being a trustworthy person, I gladly paid the even lower price for the second kayfun. The last item was fairly recently. I ordered a tugboat styled hybrid setup. The posts on the deck weren't pressed in enough, and spun. I took picures showing the post holes in two different positions, and contacted support. They sent me a new replacement deck and told me to keep the old one.

Considering transactions are done via mail across the country, I think they've done a fine job. Just keep in mind, they are a reseller, and they do not manufacture the products, so they have no control over quality of the item. Looking at PBusardo's trips to China, he visited a clone company (Boomer Tech). If you fast forward (sorry, I'm an old man.... SKIP TO) to 16:10, they state that the no logo versions do not sell well. Clone companies are pretty much machine shops being told what to make.

Last note.... Anything with batteries will increase the time it takes to ship by a great deal. This is not Fasttechs fault. Shipping companies refuse to ship lithium ion batteries via airmail, since they're afraid batteries might vent while in flight over the ocean. Their remedy is to just do a blanket statement of "no shipping lithium ion batteries"... this includes cellphone and other batteries as well. Because of that, the alternate methods require a great amount of time.. last time I ordered batteries, it took 3 months to arrive. Just keep that in mind when ordering. Last order, I ordered a Vamo 6 with some MXJO batteries and a topper.... I used their battery shipping option. I'll let you know how it went, but it will be a while, the order was placed on the 12... Wow... just checked.. it's already in the us via DHL.

Just checked. In 2 years, I have bought $670 from Fasttech. Other places have been: $100 vapeNW, $50 Angelcigs, $30 discount vapers, $100 Brick and mortar stores, and $653.13 from Mt. Baker....roughly $1600 for two years... my little counter says I would've spent $3322... So, I've cut my costs over half through vaping compared to regular cigarettes, and I'm healthier, and I actually have some gear to prove it instead of a lump of ashes and cigarette butts.

Ok... Here's the breakdown.

Ok, Here's the breakdown:

6/8/15
I ordered a Vamo 7, two LG 18650's, and a Taifun GT clone. I chose the "USPS Expedited for Battery Products" shipping was free.

6/12/15
All orders arrived at Fasttech, and was shipped Via DHL to be handed over to USPS

6/19/15
No updates until today. It arrived in DHL In New Jersey, was processed and sent out from NJ

6/22/15
Arrived Via DHL in my state, then delivered to the USPS in my county.

6/23/15 (today)
item was delivered. USPS put my package in someone else's mailbox, but other than that, DHL and Fasttech did good.

Total delivery time for a mod+2 lithium Ion batteries+atomizer with Fasttech's free shipping was 15 days. I am highly impressed.

I use fastech a lot and I'm very happy with them. I actually think the shipping to the UK is pretty good if you use the express e packet shipping option. Most of the time I get my packages in between 5 and 12 days.
To me the extra $2.50 for the express e packet option is well worth it. Is just a shame you can't use it for e liquid.

I ordered a tugboat for $4.28 from there.. it said 7days for shipping but now 3 weeks later , I haven't seen any changes. it's only $4.28 so I'm not complaining!
"7 day shipping" means FT does not have ordered item and expect to get in from manufacturer in 7 days. Could be more, could be less. Plus their usual shipping time, about 2-3 weeks, if custom cooperates (once I have my order sitting in Chicago for 2 weeks).

I've not had problems with Fasttech. I always give or take a day for them to get the items themselves, then it's handed over to the mail system, and THAT'S where the delay is. When I see people complaining about long Fasttech times, it usually bugs me... It's customs and the mail that is the slow times. If Fasttech were to charge for expedited shipping on everything, then there'd be no complaints, but people want to save, and choose the cheap way. To me, I am patient. Personally, I think they should default to the expedited, then offer a saver method.
