Fasttech

Hi everyone,

I want to place an order for few things from fasttech. the new Itaste 50w and the kangertech mini. Plus few other smaller items. There is a 10% copon also available which brings the price of these items to a very competitive level.

However, I'm worried that if I get something that is damaged or defective, I'll have a hard time with returns. Has anyone dealt with them and how reliable are they?

Thanks in advance.

Nope very few if any peeps have problems with ft returns they have a USA. Claim center you ship too, check the main ft thread for stories.

Like he said though everything is closed for chinese new year so they wont even process until 26th if you can wait ft is worth dealing with.

Waiting for them to reopen myself.

Apart from the holiday issue, how important is this order?

FT have always replaced items for me, sometimes without/before even returning items.

For the two items you are considering, for me, in the UK, the savings are not worth it.... it's not enough of a discount for all the wait and "should the worst happen".

Hard to say, but it's.a no from me. I am interested in two items at the moment which are $3-$4 saving (total!)....

the new Itaste 50w and the kangertech mini.

Wait.. What?

By iTaste 50W I assume you mean the MVP3? I didn't know there was a 50W version, I thought the highest they had made was 30W. Unless you're referring to the IPV Mini (which I think they're making 50W versions of).

Also which "Kangertech Mini"? Do you mean the Mini Subtank, or just a variation of the Mini Protank..?

Either way, tell us specifically what you're looking to get, and maybe we can help you find a competitive price from a closer vendor. In terms of price, FT is a great choice, but you might (most likely will) have to wait a while for your stuff. That's no fun. I vote for finding alternatives, if available.

Hi Babilonian. I used to live in Barrie. Nice town.

I think it will ship air mail because the battery is internal. It will be slow though. Expect 20 - 25 days once FT ships it.

If it's defective they'll ask you to ship it to Miami. Buy a package at the post office and take a picture of the receipt. They've reimbursed me for the shipping as soon as they got the receipt pic and for the item value 2 weeks later.

If you don't want to wait have a look at Sweet-Vapes | Electronic Cigarettes & Hand Mixed E-Liquids. They're a US based company with reasonable prices and rates for shipping to Canada.

Yes, I did mean the eleaf itaste 50 as I would think it's the newest version and good reviews so far. With subtank mini. I was considering joytech Delta 2, but I can't tell the real differences. Since I already tried kangertech emow, I thought to stick with the same manufacturer.
20+ days to wait sounds allot, but no tax and the 10% savings looks worth it. Besides, I don't want to make it seem like a little boy waiting his toy yesterday.
If there are local, Canadian or US vendors with good reputation and free shipping, I'll consider. But I have to make up my mind as the coupon is only good till tonight or tomorrow.

What, you dont want to act like all of us? LOL.

You should see how some of us act with vape mail coming.....theres peeps here who go out and stand by the mailbox lol
We're so baad. Grown ups that still want the toys. To be honest, I feel bad that I'm spending more when I just got my spinner 2 less than a month ago. But I luv my shisha. And since I can't smoke until summer, this thing is wicked. A shisha in the pocket.

My Fasttech battery orders generally take about 3 weeks. They have great customer service and warranties. I buy most of my hardware through them. If you want to buy locally, Canvape has great prices and their B/M is open on the weekends at the 400 market in Barrie
My brother got his itaste 2 from his store in Aurora. I did see the guy a week ago and he said that he might have them this passed weekend. But I doubt it's gonna cost the same as ft. Even with the Canadian dollar so low.

Hm, yeah. It looks like the iStick is retailing at about 50$ (which, imo, is a fair price). I don't know if any US/Canada vendors will beat the FastTech price, but you will have to wait for it for sure.

I might buy one of these next paycheck, it looks pretty damn nifty, and I've been doing a lot of low-wattage vaping (and you could get a lot of battery life out of 4400mAh for sure).
