Faulty Battery Question?

Hey!

So I got a question about a new battery (78mm volt manual), from the get go it has lot of trouble charging. As first it wouldn't charge at all. I would screw it in, and no lights would change. So I moved the post up and down, still nothing. Then I screwed it in lightly, pushed the button and it would show charging, release the button, then nothing again (or blue light saying its charged). Eventually after doing this multiple times, it would charge. After about 20 minutes its says its fully charged, so I would do it again and it would keep going.

After a couple of days of this it finally charged without that method but now I have to unscrew it and screw it back in after 20 to 30 minutes before it will finish the last half of the charge.

Two notes:
1. I have to push pretty hard on the button to get it to work when vaping.
2. It was my volt face reward, so I don't think it's right to raise a support case, concidering I'm in Australia and it cost more to send a new one than it sells for.

Any tips would be great!

if it came like that out of the gate it may just be defective...free or not email cs and they will replace it

Thanks imagine, I have one in the mail so I'm not worried. I'll persist with it, in fact ill probably pull it apart when my next one arrives =P
