Question about status lights when charging Volt

I just received my Volt Pro Starter kit and wanted to get everything charged up before using it for the first time. I looked at the video for the USB charger and it said that when the Volt was charging the LED on the e-cig was lit and the charger light was red. It also showed that when the e-cig was charged, the the e-cig LED was off and the charger light was blue.

When I plugged in my Volt battery the charger light turned red (presumably indicating that the e-cig was charging) but the e-cig LED was off. After a few minutes the charger light changed to blue.

I'm wondering why my Volt batteries are behaving differently from what was shown in the video.

Volt batteries usually come charged. It sounds like your battery was already fully charged.

yes, what marlou said........use the battery till it's nearly or fully discharged before connecting and recharging it. That way you get the most out of the battery life span.

I have a volt battery that when I place it in the charger the battery colored light never lights up, however the battery works just fine. when I vape with the battery the light lights up just fine too....it just does not light up when being charged. go figure...
