Hey Guys and Gals

I have purchased 3 Rivas in the last couple of months and so far 2 have died and the last one looks like its on its last legs. I am finding that the little rubber ring in the battery is coming loose on them. Any ideas why this would be happening? The 3 x 510's I purchased at the same time are still working fine.

I'm not gonna bother sending them back. I just ordered a couple more.

I just thought someone else might have had the same issue. Its the little plastic ring that goes around the battery connector. It comes loose and then the battery connector pops out. I am then unable to charge or power them up anymore. Maybe I am screwing the charger in too hard or something

I would second the screwing in to tight. You dont have to bottom out the atomizer on those when putting on the atomizer. My first kit a 510 i screwed the battery on to tight to the charger and same thing happened to me. With my eGo the atomizer will not bottom out on the battery like a 510 will there is gap there. Good rule of thumb is screw it in till you feel the atomizer hit the center connector of the battery. Then give it just a little extra it doesnt take much maybe 1/8 of a turn or less.
