I would like to order a rogue from Catfish Attys but can't for the life of me figure out how to do it. How can I order from Tom and get one?

I emailed Tom at Chowderhead72@hotmail.com and he responded really quickly. I ended up choosing a freakshow mini that I got last week. I love it. Great flavor!

I recently got one of those tiny hand vice deals with tiny drill bits. Perfect for boring out air holes on soft metal attys.. just keep moving up to the next size bit so you don't go too big at once and all is too easy.

Did my soft aluminum top for my hornet with ease.. prob would work for the RM2 as well since soft brass.

Got the set cheap at menards.

P.S. I did use a dremel once on a rm2 and before I knew it the damn thing bored the hole out real damn quick much bigger then the size drill bit I was using.. crappy. Even tried to go slow.

Yeah the needle file would be perfect as well for steel caps.
Yep, you can easily drill the RM2's air hole. I did it with just the drill bit itself and my hands.

I tried that 3 days ago but haven't heard back from him.

If the in stock list on his forum shows he has them in stock, speak up for one on his forum and follow his bouncing ball there how to pay for it/follow up with an email. Everybody who runs that forum daily knows the drill, can advise you all the particulars.

Thanks Spydro. I finally did get hooked up with Tom and the order is placed.
JP, I'll share my experience with the Rogue. My first few builds were with small dual micro coils. I got great vapor but nearly no flavor from my jooses. I went to 2.0mm coils and the flavor exploded! Six wraps of 26ga to be exact, around .35ohms. I run the afc nearly fully closed and get tons of flow and mega flavor.
Let us know how you like your Rogue!!

My Manta from Catfish came yesterday. I'm not in love with it yet; but it has promise. It's my first top air flow atty. So far, it's not a 'Nuppin killer'. The Nuppin and the Atomic (RM4) remain my favorite attys.
Be sure to check the coil/cap placement.
Its not really a top flow.
Air comes in at the top, but travels internally in the cap and draws through the side slots (within the lower cap)

Agreed. I measured the height of the slots in the cap, with a ruler, and set my coils the same height. The first build, I positioned the coils out too far toward the edge, and the cap was touching one of them. The coils have to be set inward, closer to the posts, because of the reduced chamber cap.

Thanks RuDawg for the build suggestion. I will use that as my first build and see how it works for me.
