I was just thinking earlier today that I should try a cartomizer on the reo lol. I haven't yet (other than one I had prefilled and that was a 3.0 ohm from crystal clear vaping). Some of my juices taste different on the reo than my kgo and wonder if using a carto would make it taste more like what I was used to on the kgo.
Only one I use is the Resurrector. Love it on my REO's! I buy the bulk here: Crystal Clear Vaping
I just put them on, blind squonk and vape. You do not have to fill them! Take that top off put on a drip tip, squonk, and vape. Easy, and great!
I use LR 2.0 Boge cartos on mine, love them! I get the 15 carto deal at Crystal Clear Vaping, 15 cartos for $20 with a free drip tip and free shipping, use ecf5off and it is $19. I don't fill mine before putting on the REO, just blind squonk like Karen described above.
I like them with the juices I prefer, most have at least some "sweet" to them, and the 2.0 LR don't burn out the sweet.

The resurrector is just a name given to it by CCV for the Smoktech XL LR 1.7 ohm cartos. The ones that Madvape has is the short version.
Yeah, but CCV is now selling the short ones too! The "Jr" ones! I think I may have to get a box once my new J-tank gets here. I friggin LOVED the Ressurectors! That is, until I met the HH357, lol! I may go back though, just for the sake of my wallet.

You can always use both cartos and atties. That's what I do but, I have to admit that I like atties a little better in general. That's what I use 98% of the time on my REO's.

I just ordered 3 of the 15 carto deals from them along with the XL 1.7's. They are great.
We were confirmed atty users until we tried (except for IKV Fusion) the Smoke Tech long and short 1.7 from CCV. Used to have to get the shorts other places but now get from CCV. I use 801s a lot, too, atty and cartos. For us, our juices taste better in the ST than the Fusion. Even though our juices are sweet they usually are part to 1/2 PG, the 2.0 ohm is a little too cool.
