Ok I am going to order "Gold for Pipe INW" and I do not remember if anyone has tried it on this thread - please if you have - refresh my old memory.

INW ~ Gold for Pipe

The flavor of this awesome liquid is a dead ringer for the (no longer properly made) hand rolling tobacco called Three Castles. The ever so slight citrus background notes are rounded out with brown sugar, just a hint of honeysuckle and smooth flue cured Virginian tobacco. Absolutely no harsh edges with this vape. Covering up the flavor of this bright tobacco with anything too strong, would just be wrong. Superb stand alone flavor. Another Inawera, crazy good tobacco. Tobacco fans will want to hover around 3.5% in a mix.

One of the reviews of Arabic mentioned a molasses note from it. D'you think that's accurate?

Arabic freak here. Lol, long time proponent.

No not really to me, more of a rum back note. But it's not really noticeable to me. When it steeps it's mostly Arabic spices to me. Definitely some baharaat, seven spice, or curry. You can nail the curry just by the exhaled vapor. I got non vaping Indian friends that mentioned curry before I even told them what I was vaping.

It's called Arabic for a reason. At one time I had a complete in depth breakdown of the spices and the traditional, authentic, Arabic tobacco that this is modeled after. There is a little sweetness added to the spices. Along with some of hangsens natural tobacco extracts.

HEAVEN ON EARTH.

Got the UC in today as well as new flavors from BCV. Of those new flavors I mixed up the following: INW Black Cherry for Pipe 3%, INW Gold Ducat 3%, INW Captain for Pipe 3%, all maxVG. I UC'd all my previous mixes along with these for about 3 1/2 hours, 4 for some of them, taking 5 minute pauses or so between each 30 minute cycle.

After cooling, I loaded up the newly UC'd Dark for Pipe. It tastes fuller, bolder, and more rounded already. The tobacco is more centered, and the vape is even more enjoyable than this morning...unbelievable, and from my understanding, after it sets another 24-48 hours, it will be singing from treetops. This is, for whatever reason, just about the best flavored ejuice I've ever hit. I can't imagine changing anything about this single flavor at all but I may experiment with my newly acquired INW Chocolate at about a percent, and/or perhaps some AP. Haven't used AP yet, so not sure if it would go well with this flavor. I think chocolate may though.

I have only taste tested the Black Cherry for Pipe so far and only a few hits, I'll post better thoughts later on all these but my god. I think I am floating on clouds. The cherry is slightly sweet - the word "refreshing" comes to mind on the exhale. The tobacco tastes nice and mellow, and the marriage seems perfect right now - the tobacco and cherry are well balanced and compliment each other. Very excited to see how this one steeps out. The only cherry vapes I've ever had are the cherry blu e-cig when I first started vaping (it was my favorite of the crud), and Nicoticket's "Roundhouse" which was awful to me because it was also rose flavored (not my thing...) but, this - this is already the greatest cherry tobacco vape I've ever had. And I love it.

I think I am officially hooked on DIY, and tobacco vapes specifically. I am thankful to all of you, this thread has inspired me a lot, and given me a lot of information to work with. I think it is safe to say... I am an Inawera freak. Once I taste the rest of these and get a feel for them I plan to place an order direct from e-aromashop for a ton of INW. Bulk of my favorites plus new ones...interested in the entire For Pipe series since so far they are blowing my freaking mind. And Shisha Brandy Cocoa sounds good. The list goes on...

For better or worse, I am now one of you freaks :)

Thanks for the nice overview. I threw some Arabic in with the order I placed last night which included from HS: Elder Captain, Highway, Tobacco and Virginia Tobacco and from Inawera: 555 Gold, Dark for Pipe, French Pipe, Latakia, Nutty Princess and TA Virginia.

I haven't tried latakia yet, might be a good place to start. I also might have to try out some oriental TA from INW as well...

I haven't tried latakia yet either but it does sound like it might be good place to start.
But with the word pungent, SC Virginia Flue Cured immediately came to my mind. In fact it's a little too well done to be my favorite stand a lone, but I love it as a mixer, and if you know that you like Flue Cured, you'll probably love it. A properly done Flue Cured has a bit of what I call a 'silage' note and this one has that.

The SC Cigar is also a pretty robust cigar that doesn't have a lot of added flavors. A hint of chocolate and something else but that's about it.

The more I vape these SC flavors the better I like them. I'm on a SC French Pipe mix at the moment. Um Um good lol. :vapor:

The reason I wanted to try the Gold for Pipe INW was because of this description - "Taste of brown sugar, oak and rum on a strong tobacco base." I will not get it now though because I do not care for any fruit or floral in my tobaccos.:( But I will go ahead and get some Vanilla for Pipe. Thank You @nostradadus for the refreshment of my memory. ;)

It is a very bright Virginia tobacco flavor! I do not care for floral tobaccos either.....never have. But, the GFP does not offend me in a floral sense. To tone down the brightness, I've used a bit of something ashy or dark to tamp it down. (i.e. INW DNB, HS Hava, Cuba or Cohiba)

I just saw this discussion and I am using a mix of 1.8 Mg of American Tobacco and 1.2 Turkish Tobacco from Buck Naked. Sometime straight and sometimes a mix and appreciate the information here to explore or sample other tastes. Being a former MB Red smoker these were as close to my brand of choice that I could find as a novice! :2c:

Both Latakia and Perique have a pungent taste at around the 1% mark - but I have only tried the Flavor Art versions. As I understand it, INW borrows some of their flavors from FA.

Ok I was looking for Dark for Pipe I guess so added it to my buy list.:w00t:
I can't get enough of it. Just ordered 100ml from e aromashop. Experimenting now with different pg and vg ratios to see where I like it best. Been doing 100 vg for a long time.

Ordered some yesterday [emoji4] Sloth, do you mix it with any other tobaccos or use it alone?

Momma, I haven't mixed it with anything else (yet) - still very new to this, and trying to get a feel for the individual tobaccos and find my preferred base before experimenting much. That said I may not ever add to this particular flavor. In my old days I was a Wakonda fiend. These days I am a Dark for Pipe fiend. I could not have imagined adding anything to Wakonda and the same goes for this one even though it is a single flavor. It's just that good (to me). The complexity's there...the rum, the tobacco, I even taste the hint of oak or woodyness in general...and a slight smokiness and lingering authentic tobacco aftertaste that keeps me going back for more. I freakin' love it.

I've got it mixed at 3%, in two bottles - one being 97% VG and the other being 65% VG. No idea yet which I like better. The 65% VG is the first departure from super high VG I've made since August. It has only had one day steep, plus ~5 hours of UC right after mixing. May be speaking too soon but I think I like it better than the a-bit-more-steeped 97%VG one.

Sorry - rambling. I'm sure some people here have come up with good mixes with it. I still imagine chocolate may go well, perhaps some vanilla.

I did jump the gun and mix this up yesterday...

Yucoslothia V1 (maxVG)
INW Vanilla for Pipe 2%
INW Chocolate .75%
VZ SCG Yuco 1%

Love the Yuco and Vanilla for Pipe, haven't tried the chocolate solo, but have a feeling this may work on some level :) (have yet to sample)
