Perhaps he is referring to the Silver carts. The silver carts are my favorite....they go with everything.
Oops...never mind....they do INDEED sell gray in the WOW.

My all time favorite was/is my Diamond series in black with purple LED...however, I just entered a support ticket as it is no longer working 
This will be my 2nd I have to send back and my purple Diamond with purple LED is only lasting MAYBE 2 hours even after charging fully...(I did write to them, so no worries!) Regardless of any issues I have had, you CANNOT beat the price and the draw of those beautiful batteries!!!
