uh oh I ordered some usb V4l Cchargers thinking that would work. apparently they dont work either!

Did you get the $6 ones without the cord from the super sale section, or the regular $7.95 one with the cord?

The ones that don't work are the $6 ones without the cord, all other chargers work fine. And this is only with the newest batch of batts, the ones with the crown logo opposite the V4L.

I got the 6$ corded ones.. I tried to change my order after seeing the super sale ones but the item was already processed (whew i guess I got lucky on that one!)

Just for the record, my new auto shorties (w/ crown logos) DO WORK on all chargers except the push-in usbs as leaford has stated. Actually, I haven't tested the pcc at all for any battery but I'm sure it works.

yeah PCC works fine. That's what I have been using. And I htink its fine to charge from the PCC while the PCC is charging itself as well.

Cool. I always wondered that - if you could charge both simultaneously. Do you know if it charges both at the same time or if it first finishes one than the other?

well i think if its really low the battery will suck up too much and out of it and the pcc wont be able to charge itself fast enough. but I tried it the other day with a slightly used PCC charge and plugged it into the computer to charge it and then put a battery in it and eventually the PCC light went to green and it stayed green the whole time while the ecig battery charged.

but i tried it today with a dead PCC and it couldnt charge the cig battery even while plugged into the USB. so I think the PCC has to have a pretty good charge on it already.

Makes sense. I'm thinking it might be fully charging the pcc first then it passes through and charges the battery because of how the pcc light stayed green once it got to green as stated in your first example. This will be my new overnite charging method. Thanks sideburn!

well the charge light for the cig was solid red the whole time too. so it looked like it was charging as well. i think the pcc just needs to have some (not sure how much yet) charge in it already then you are good.

Oh and today I have been using a different A/C adapter then the other day so maybe this one doesnt put out a full 5V which made it not be able to handle both loads..

I really need to do some more experimenting with it. but i know for sure when the pcc was at about and 80 to 90% charge in it and I plugged it into my computers USB port it was definately able to simultaniously charger both batteries and the PCC battery indicator went to green after about 30 minutes, and the cig battery indicator was red for about 2 hours.

I think my last comment about it not working from a completely discharged PCC is incorrect. I think I jut discovered that the PCC will not charge from a generic kr808 a/c adapter. its been onthe thing all day long.. so that exploains why when i put a batter on the pcc it shut off even while plugged into the a/c adapter. I know an iphone a/c adapter works though.
