After watching the webinar with Mitch Zellar today. I was looking around the FDA webb site and found that they have approved for market two new products one of them is newport non-menthol gold box 100's and newport non menthol gold box. Wow on the one hand they tell us how bad and addicting e-cigarettes are for us and on the other hand they approve for market more lethal killing cigarettes. Just food for thought.

FDA permits lots of deadly stuff because there cash flow from companies who make the junk fill there greedy pockets, you have to pay large amounts of cash for the Gov to allow crap since good things companies cant afford to fill the pockets more then the bad co. the bad companies force the good ones out through the use of Greased Gov. There are plenty of cancer cures the FDA wont approve ever wonder why

Exactly! Well said. It truly is a shame how things like this go down.

This is exactly why they're trying to crack down on vaping. Our new "hobby" and the amount of people converting over is taking money directly out of their pockets. They want to either A) kill vaping altogether, or B) get their hands in it as deep as they can so they can control it, and the money is brings in.

This is just MO, I really don't think FDA is going to ban any of the products that we are using or are going to use in the future with Vaping. ( yes I am worried ) If they are smart " I Hope " then they will see they will lose possible Billions of $. I believe that is why they're doing what they're doing now with all the ......ED
Regulations atm. In Germany where I am living, they just banned in schools, restaurants to be specific. However there are millions of us here too and we are fighting the EU Parliament, which is working btw
In the USA alone last year Ecigs ( not counting tanks, RDA's, RBA's juice etc ) brought in a total of 3.5 billion dollars!!!!!!
That is money FDA wants, that is money big tabaccy wants all FDA has to do is get a few sigs and they can get a percentage ( which they're working on )
I can only hope for the best and I wish all of us luck!!!

You're probably right. I doubt we'll see much that's banned, but things being highly regulated and taxed is a real possibility.

On that note though, the big tobacco companies are already dipping their hands into the ecig community. Swisher has their own ecigs (which aren't that bad really, and they have a nice soft tip), and Marlboro also has one now. I'm not sure if I'd trust any of those, simply based on what they already sell it wouldn't be outlandish at all if they "doctored" up their juices in who knows what ways.

Well I think they should approve all tobacco products that are up to industry standard. In fact I'd like to see the government lessen the hold they have on these products. I'm not big on the government telling us what we can and can't put in our bodies. As an adult, no one should be able to tell you than you can't smoke if you so desire to (and yes I feel this way about most substances that I'm not allowed to mention by name here). I don't believe in the whole big brother saving us from ourselves thing.

That said, they need to either approve ecigarettes across the board, or keep their grubby little hypocritical hands off them and leave them unregulated.

The FDA makes the libertarian and constitutionalists in me want to scream.

FDA = Federal Dip.... Administration or is it Fools Doing Absolutely ----nothing good for anyone. Its ok to smoke ourselves to death or eat foods with Rodent hair and other matter in it. Its ok to eat meats so shot up with steroids the cows name was Miss atlas and she benches 525lbs, its ok to eat a ton of pesticides sprayed on crop fields, Just don't do a damn thing that promotes good health. The FDA doesn't like it. There to long in bed with tobacco, Pharma and other companies that are killing us with there products to say hey we made a mistake, Nothing we have permitted thus far is any good for you. Believe me I don't have a big tinfoil hat, I have just lived long enough to catch on to those .......s. I love to shove my whole fist straight up there asses and make a puppet out of um.

Yea I'm very sure the ObamaFDA movement will tax the hell out the Ecigs once this is finished like with alcohol and regular cigs. Small price to pay ( which I'm willing nor do I care as long as I get to enjoy) for something we Love! I pay a 19% sales tax for everything so its not a problem for me, but for you guys man I'm sorry!
Marlboro, Swisher, Camel etc Ecigs will plunder they havn't sold so great, but the reason they're technically doing ok is due to them being multi-billion dollar industries, which they can just go suck on a Fat... NVM
I wouldn't support them anymore for anything man not even if they were the last ecigs on the planet, I would rather shake it like a sickie needing my vape than give any money to either of the big tabacco companies. After all I quit smoking after 21 years ( started at 10!!!) of giving them my money. Im gladly giving my money to B&M vendors online so they can be a success so we can enjoy you know what I mean!!!!

However by me stating this the other side of me thinks that...
To control popultation at some modest risk is to kill us with poison, cancer caused by smoking, steroid freaked cow meat, organic food ( which is bull.... btw come on really you dont believe it is any better right? Compare to you grew it yourself!? ) the metals and poisons we drink with water etc. Now we have a new "Healthier" alternative to Help us quit smoking ( God Forbid they're thinking )
Which has 95% affective rate here in Germany Theres no way we can let this happen... Over 250,000 ppl in USA dies every year to smoking or smoking related causes. That is to the FDA 250,000 potential more people that will walk the earth and live, 250,000 ppl possibly without Cancer, so now Doctors are out of the job... Oh wait they found a cure in cancer which was found out in africa when a cancer patient contracted the measels... This patient was reported to have a full health recovery he died just two weeks ago from the flu hmmm.
I could go on and on. This is me being realistic, HOWEVER WE ARE MANY and voices will be heard too many people enjoy Vaping, too many people will or Should vote this out, I really hope this goes to the Supreme Court...

If you want a good read just search "foods banned in other countries." You'll see what kind of crap that's allowed to be done with our foods here in the states. And we wonder why so many people end up with this cancer or that cancer or all of those cancers.

What this is all boiling down to is the money. All is losing on cigarette sales being down and no one is using the NRT's well only a few. State governments are having trouble balancing there budgets. It's not about public health, youth under age starting to smoke or lung cancer. This country has fallen to greed, Big tobacco companies are buying up as many of the e-cig business as they possibly can eventually they will have it all.
