I just got an email from another vendor. It states that the FDA won't appeal the decisions that have already been handed down. However, there is a dark side. It states that it will cost them registration, product listing, ingredient listing, good manufacturing practice requirements, user fees for certain products, and adulteration and misbranding provisions to comply with the new regulations. In other words, they are going to jack their prices up.

The vendor I got this from charges a fortune for the liquid in the first place. Are they using the excuse above to jack up their prices even more?

Here is my question: Will FSUSA be affected by this and will you have to raise your prices? Just wondering... but a cost hike won't stop me from buying from you. If you have to do this, do you know approximately when it takes affect?

Not TW but I look for them to jump on the band wagon of higher prices as soon as they can.

I think our government needs to stop wasting its time trying to regulate quit smoking aids and needs to start regulating these oil prices!

If they try to regulate us, they'll insure some of us fail and pay the big tobacco taxes. And yes something needs to be done with the oil, pure greed at its finest.

I think what might be happening here is that the government is starting to feel the pinch of losing money from the exorbitant taxes charged on regular cigarettes as more and more people start to quit. And if people are turning to vap'ing as a way of quitting smoking, then maybe ecigs and related products are being seen as a potentially new tax "cash cow"...don't know, obviously, but it seems to make sense?

the investors need to take delivery of the oil so instead of buying it up, they would need to buy it and STORE it, that would put an end to this BS.. Also I would tax them 4,000% on anything over 30.00 a barrel and use that tax to subsidize the gas to bring it back down to about a buck and a quarter (where it should be anyway)
