FDA funded supplement of AJPM misrepresents 2012 NYTS data to exaggerate youth use of OTP (and e-cigs) and grossly exaggerate risks of OTP (and e-cigs) to further confuse, scare and to lobby for proposed FDA deeming regulation

Nothing like FDA paying a medical journal to publish lobbying and propaganda disguised as scientific evidence.
Also, FDA posted a new webpage on Youth tobacco Use touting the agency's funded propaganda in AJPM and the 2012 NYTS, which excluded the key findings of the 2012 NYTS (i.e. teen cigarette smoking sharply declined to record lows, and teens smokers were 20 times more likely than nonsmokers to report e-cig use), while exaggerating teen use of OTP (and e-cigs) to lobby for deeming regulation
The Changing Landscape of Youth Tobacco Use?
I've never seen a federal government agency propagandize and lobby as much as FDA has been doing to impose a new regulation.
Even the EPA wouldn't dare create a new webpage and issue a new report every week claiming that the sky is falling (i.e. climate change) to impose their unwarranted regulations that will have devastating impacts on the US economy.
