FYI, It is unconstitutional for the government to tax workers wages (w-2 taxes). The IRS lost against the supreme court to tax workers wages. However workers are still paying taxes and if you don't they take your house, they run like a mob.

If you don't believe me look it up. There is no law saying you need to pay W-2 type taxes. the only constitutional taxes are on corporate gain and things like taxes on gas, beer, and cigarettes.

Oh, the point of this post it to show that huge government agencies can really do whatever they want.

*sigh* The 16th Amendment allows congress to levy payroll taxes. It's been challenged and legally it has always held, this is why crackpots who don't pay their taxes go to jail for tax evasion. I guess the far right loons need silly issues to cling to though.

FDA just lost it 2nd case appeal, i think they are what many say trying a joke to the Public.

trying to Ban E-Cig and yet allow Cigarettes with nicotine to sell on the Market.
