If the FDA is serious about making a dent in the stagnated smoking prevalance rate, they can stop their misguided war against electronic cigarettes. Polls show that ~80% of regular users of e-cigarettes have substituted inhaling vaporized nicotine for all of their tobacco cigaretes. As a result they are enjoying improved lung health, lower BP and greatly reduced cancer risks. Electronic cigarettes, aka personal vaporizers, are marketed to adult smokers as a reduced-harm alternative. For more information, see http://www.casaa.org
