Some one stated somewhere that FDA has not stopped any shipments in Jan, Feb or March. That is wrong. We have a shipment stopped March 25th, still waiting for our notification letter which can take up to 90 days. We also know of multiple other suppliers who have had shipments stopped. Just be aware that it can happen, especially out of Chicago.
So far all my goodies have come through SF before heading out over the pacific again to reach me-- all EMS. Haven't encountered a problem yet... but then again I usually order smaller multiple shipments rather than 1 large order of anything & never any liquids.
Really sorry to hear that Katy.
We were mainly discussing that the FDA website doesn't show any refusals or seizures from the January hearing through the end of March. I also saw on another thread where someone mentioned that the order from Judge Leon was technically only for SE and Joye product. I just hope things don't get worse before they get better, but I'm not betting the farm on it either.
Damn that is unfortunate Katy, thanks for the heads up, I'm hoping my stuff would come through San Francisco, where my personal order come through, which im hoping is the most liberal

I have gotten some orders thru since, but out of NY and LA. Just gotta keep the faith everyone. Something this good can't just end. Since I am mid-west Michigan we have a greater chance of having to go thru Chicago. If it keeps up we are going to try and get a friend on the East Coast or California to get our packages and forward to us. May cost a bit, but will be worth it.
If you are still thinking about it, most of the smaller shipments seem to pass. Anything heavy and/or large has a good chance of it might not passing. From what all I have heard tons are still issue free with small packages, but if ya order a few hundred might be worth looking at them shipping 10 to 15 kits at a time.
Again we are in the same boat. But really it is just business as usual. Overall yes, they are still seizing, but its the cost of doing business.

Has anyone on here given any thought that the FDA/DEA/FBI might have someone on this site to pick up information? Just food for thought..........

I'm actually hoping that the FDA is now too busy covering their posterior sections for the upcoming oversight hearings into the Tylenol fiasco to worry about us for at least a while.
No, I think the FBI and DEA are probably more concerned with bigger things. The FDA, however, may have people that have done research and inevitably have stumbled across our forums.
I just had a EMS shipment held up for 15 days and finally released. It had paper work on it saying Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection verified Electronic Cigarette Cartridges.
It also had a red sticker on it saying FDA Action: FDA reviewed the labels of the drugs contained within package and concluded that they are unapproved prescription medications since these pharmaceuticals are from an unapproved foreign source however under FDA's enforcement we have permitted delivery of these unapproved medications. Despite receipt of this shipment further importations of unapproved prescription pharmaceuticals may be refused into the USA.
I also had a shipment of 80 kits in Chicago seized.

The 3rd Monday of every week! California! My original post was a simple reminder that our Government does watch sites that display things of their interest. And the FDA doesn't much care for our bringing in anything that may hurt their brothers, the big Pharms & Tobacco.
