Expect the liberal use of the "Precautionary Principle" as it applies to acting as if risk is present until one proves there is none. One would be hard pressed to find anything that does not have a level of risk inherent in the exposure. One can not breathe with out taking risk from pollution and the deadly carbon dioxide we breathe out via our exhalations afford risk that may endanger those around us.

Bring in the human bubbles so that no one shall be exposed to anything any more....it seems there is madness all around us!:D

Lmao human bubbles ...but then again why not take the madness all the way .... after all why should we have to breathe in second hand 'air'..... just think of all the different people's lungs that air has been in! Yuk!!

I'm sure the breathing tax is being worked out under the guise of war on global warming

I heard that carbon dioxide is going to be declared a toxin and the rationale for enacting the "cap and trade" act. Perhaps breathing hard after exercise and producing more exhalations will result in a need for a purchase of CO2 credit to offset our assigned usage. I bet that could be worked into our little bubble suits via a monitor to expedite collection!:D
