I think this tight air draw is coming from the airflow hole under the coil seems way too small for both of my kfl+ clones.... I mean why is that hole so much smaller then the airhole on bottom and the sides... this is a Bottleneck

This is why I gave my only KFL+ clone away. I have non of these issues with my 3.1s Which are silent and almost never gurgle. My genuine Russian does pretty good too but is much more picky about the wick build and whistles a little on the intake.
Have you tried it with no coil and no wick? Does the draw still tighten up after a few pulls? Just trying to narrow down if it's something wrong with your KFL or your build.
it's nothing with my build I have 3 of the KFL+ and none of them get as airy as I want. The funny thing is its starting to look like it's actually because of the air hole on the side if you cover that up and just let the bottom airhole vent work it gets as airy as I like.

Just a quick update. My issue still has not really been resolved. My current build in it is working fine, draw has got a bit stiffer since i built it 3 days ago. After i build it the first day is ok, then it goes downhill from there. Still trying to figure out whats causing it. Im going to try a silica build and see how that works. For some reason i think it might have to do with my cotton im using (sterile roll from CVS). I think the cotton swells up alot and fills the chamber causing less airflow. The main hole under the coil is clear and the coil is about 2mm from the opening. I am for sure not covering the side airhole with my finger. I don't know, im just going to keep trying different things and see what happens. Really annoying and frustrating. I also have a carto tank on a vamo and that vapes like a champ and almost prefer that to the kayfun.

Just removed airflow screw from my genuine KFL+ and there is a green ball in there. It is a newer one that was just produced end of April. The airflow control works sort of counter intuitive, screw all the way IN for more airflow.
get a Russian 91 the airflow is a dream compared to any KFL+ I have tried

Well, you might not like this idea, but if I may venture to suggest it, a genesis RBA built right with a mesh wick will never give you that kind of trouble.
Just sayin........
